Global Handwashing Day, October 15, 2026. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

We have also played our part, by organizing a workshop with our kids here at the Center, explaining about hand hygiene, germs, why, when and how to wash our hands. We handed out soap bars for everyone and showed them the new sink! And they love it!!

Now we have 55 more Handwashing Heroes!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾

-Last week we have been invited to 2 different schools to celebrate the World Teachers Day.-

And here in Ban Sot where we brought some supplies, Don Som Project received also a certificate for the support given to the schools throught the years.

Tanoi, Sander and Ivan had the chance again for an awareness-raising speech about the importance of schools and education.
Then fun, games and food 🤗

Last week we have been invited to 2 different schools to celebrate the World Teachers Day.

Here on the island, at Ban Thamakheb, together with Don Som Project we donated school material and food for almost 130 students: books, colors, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, footballs, cleaning material and noodles soup!!
We also had the opportunity for a speech, reminding the importance of education and schools in children's life, as a way of learning and improving for a better future.

Magliette, pantaloncini, giochi e puzzles!!! ✨✨😊
