Participants from Global Circle (Italy), together with peers from Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Cyprus, are taking part in the training course “Mastering AI in Non-Formal Education” in Paphos, Cyprus.
During the course, they are developing both a solid theoretical understanding and practical skills related to artificial intelligence (AI). This experience equips them to apply AI tools effectively in youth work and non-formal learning environments, enhancing their ability to engage and support young people in innovative ways.

From 14–21 February 2026, Global Circle organised the training course “Training Motivation: Supporting Youth Work in Uncertain Times.” 📚

During this week, 25 youth workers from Italy, Albania, Poland, Romania, and Spain came together to collaborate, share experiences, and strengthen their motivation, confidence, and engagement in youth work. 🎯

Throughout the training, participants explored key motivational theories, stress management strategies, and practical techniques to support both personal and professional goal achievement. The experience created a dynamic space for growth, learning, and meaningful exchange, empowering participants to bring renewed energy and ideas back to their local communities.💡

🌱 From 18 to 25 May 2025 in Erba was held the Erasmus+ Training Course “Non-formal Magic in Youth Work,” organized by Global Circle 🇮🇹 in partnership with Stichting Jong Noord 🇳🇱, Stowarzyszenie Young Wave 🇵🇱, and Harsova 3D 🇷🇴.
Participants had the chance to enhance their skills in innovative, high-quality non-formal methods to better engage and support young people. 💡
The course also provided a valuable platform for youth workers to exchange experiences, reflect on practices, and gain new perspectives from colleagues across Europe. 🤝

The Erasmus+ training course "From GROUP to TEAM", organized by Global Circle (Italy) in partnership with Haiste (Albania), IDRYMA ERGODOTISIS EKPEDEFSIS NEOLEAS-IEEN (Cyprus), Polsko-Białoruskie Stowarzyszenie Inter-Akcja (Poland), and Asociatia Culturala Atelierul European de Arta (Romania), took place in Mezzoldo (Bergamo) from October 19th to 26th.

Participants in this project had the opportunity to develop skills to support youth workers in building and sustaining collaborative youth teams, fostering cohesion, and enhancing motivation among team members through non-formal education methods.

This training also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences among youth workers from the partner organizations and beyond.
