This 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 is dedicated to all IAC members in Sri Lanka. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬, 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Send your best recipes. They will be judged by a panel of international experts.

The mission of the 𝐈𝐀𝐂 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 is to protect and promote Sri Lankan talent. Through rigorous selection and in full compliance with IAC guidelines, he ensures that only excellence reaches the world stage. 🙏

🏆 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐀𝐈𝐂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On April 27, 28, 29 and May 4, the Italian Championships of Cuisine, Pizza and Pastry were held.

👨‍🍳 Four days of official competitions featuring 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 and 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬, 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬 and 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟𝐬 from all over Italy.

Technique, collaboration and passion for Italian cuisine: from the focus during the trials to the dishes presented in competition ✨

Artisans created 𝟏,𝟏𝟗𝟖 𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬, then arranged them to spell out ‘𝐇𝐂𝐌 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐗 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔’ - the Largest Exhibition of 3D Jelly Cakes ever. ✨

Proudly achieved with 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐂 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐀 and 𝐈𝐉𝐀 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐧.

After the official verification, every cake was 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 so nothing went to waste. 💚

🏆 It's a 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐃! 🌎 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐂 is on top of the world! with this very important recognition. As World President, I want to thank the President of 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐂 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐀, Trần Lê Thanh Thiện, for achieving this goal! 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐂 is now a consolidated reality throughout the globe.
