The best part of every Erasmus+ project isn't the destination, it's the people you meet and the person you become.

Live, Laugh, Love LifeComp brought together young people from across Europe to share ideas, challenge themselves and discover the importance of the LifeComp framework through non-formal education.

Every activity, every conversation and every challenge became an opportunity to strengthen essential life skills such as communication, empathy, self-awareness, resilience and teamwork, while building genuine intercultural friendships.

Because personal growth doesn't happen in a single moment.
It grows through shared experiences.
Through different perspectives.
Through the courage to step outside your comfort zone and embrace something new.

This project may have come to an end, but the connections we built, the memories we created and the lessons we learned will continue to inspire us long after the journey.

Un piccolo gesto può fare una grande differenza.

Insieme a Plastic Free e a tanti volontari motivati, abbiamo partecipato a una giornata dedicata alla tutela dell’ambiente, unendo energie, impegno e senso di comunità per prenderci cura del nostro territorio.

Attraverso questa esperienza abbiamo dimostrato che il cambiamento parte dalle azioni concrete: raccogliere un rifiuto, sensibilizzare chi ci sta accanto e contribuire a rendere gli spazi pubblici più puliti e vivibili per tutti.

Come Freeminds in Action, crediamo che la cittadinanza attiva e la partecipazione dei giovani siano strumenti fondamentali per costruire comunità più sostenibili, responsabili e consapevoli.

Grazie a tutti i volontari, ai partner coinvolti e a chi ogni giorno sceglie di essere parte della soluzione.

🎬📸A camera, an idea, and a group of young people ready to make their voices heard.

In Málaga, Campaigners became much more than an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange. It was a space where creativity turned into impact, where stories became powerful messages, and where young people discovered how digital tools can inspire real change.

Through videomaking, storytelling and social campaigns, participants learned how to transform emotions, values and social causes into content that connects, motivates and moves people to action. From behind the camera to in front of it, every moment was about expressing ideas, breaking barriers and building something meaningful together.

Because sometimes a video is not just a video.
Sometimes it becomes a voice.
A movement.
A reason for someone to care.

Live, Laugh, Love (LLL)

Viviamo in un mondo dove spesso ci dimentichiamo di rallentare, ascoltarci davvero e prenderci cura del nostro benessere mentale ed emotivo.

“Live Laugh Love” nasce proprio da qui: uno spazio internazionale dove giovani provenienti da diversi Paesi europei si incontreranno per parlare di felicità, salute mentale, emozioni, relazioni autentiche e benessere personale attraverso attività creative, educazione non formale e condivisione interculturale

Durante il progetto esploreremo temi come:
- gestione dello stress e delle emozioni
- crescita personale e self-care
- relazioni sane e comunicazione autentica
- creatività come strumento di espressione
- connessione tra giovani di culture diverse
- equilibrio tra vita personale, social media e benessere

Non sarà un progetto “teorico”, ma un’esperienza reale fatta di workshop interattivi, momenti di confronto, attività di gruppo, giochi, riflessioni e tanto scambio umano.

L’obiettivo è creare uno spazio sicuro dove sentirsi ascoltati, liberi di esprimersi e parte di una comunità internazionale che condivide valori di inclusione, empatia e supporto reciproco.

Our organization took part in the Bridging, Breaking Barriers Erasmus+ Training Course in Marrakech, a space where inclusion, gender equality, and youth advocacy were not just discussed but actively practiced.

Together with youth workers and activists from Europe and the MENA region, we explored how youth work can challenge hate speech, question stereotypes, and empower young people to stand up for their rights. Through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and collective reflection, we co-created tools and strategies to build safer and more inclusive spaces for youth.

This experience encouraged us to rethink gender norms, strengthen digital advocacy approaches, and trust the power of youth-led action. It reminded us that real change begins when voices are heard and diversity becomes a source of strength.

We return home with deeper awareness, stronger connections, and renewed commitment to amplifying voices that too often remain unheard.

Grateful for the people, the learning, and the shared vision that shaped this journey.

Our organization had the opportunity to take part in Alpha Wave, an Erasmus+ Youth Worker Mobility Seminar held in Aruba, in the heart of the Caribbean.

An experience that was unique, immersive, and deeply inspired by Youth

Throughout the seminar, together with participants from Europe and the Caribbean, we explored the challenges and values shaping today’s young people. We listened to authentic stories through Youth Story Circles, co-created value maps with Digital Value Mapping, and reflected on identity, inclusion, and intergenerational change.

We experimented with innovative methodologies, from photo-ethnography to design labs and contributed to the first draft of the Youth Agenda for the 21st Century, a document that gathers priorities, ideas, and concrete solutions emerging from the exchange between SIDS and Europe.

But Alpha Wave was more than a seminar: it was a cultural, human, and professional journey.
A space where youth voices were heard, valued, and transformed into real proposals for the future.

We are grateful to the facilitators, partners, and the CEDE Aruba team for their warm hospitality and shared vision. And we are proud to have represented Italy in this global co-creation experience.

Our organization had the chance to join the "Through Markers & Lenses" Erasmus+ Training Course in CEULAJ (Mollina, Málaga), together with participants from Spain, Jordan, Latvia, Serbia, Romania, and Poland.

More than a month later, the inspiration and skills we gained are still influencing our work with young people.

During the week, we explored how visual communication can strengthen youth work, from graphic facilitation and storytelling to photography, videography, and digital content creation. We visualized our goals, experimented with creative tools, and learned about design principles and color psychology.

We also contributed to the creation of a Visual Facilitation Guide.

This experience wasn’t just about creativity, it was about learning to communicate better, connect across cultures, and tell powerful stories.

A big thank you to all participants, trainers, and partners for making this journey so meaningful. ✨

Durante gli Erasmus Days 2025 siamo stati ospiti dell’I.I.S. Ambrosini – M.L. King di Favara, per incontrare gli studenti e raccontare loro tutto ciò che il programma Erasmus+ e l’Europa possono offrire ai giovani: esperienze di mobilità, scambi, crescita e cittadinanza attiva.

Un dialogo aperto e pieno di curiosità, che ci ha ricordato quanto sia importante credere nelle opportunità europee e quanto l’Europa sia, in fondo, più vicina di quanto pensiamo💙

🌴✨ Dal 12 al 22 settembre abbiamo avuto la possibilità di partecipare ad EcoAgents of Change, un progetto Erasmus+ che si è svolto ad Aruba, l’isola dal sole e dal mare cristallino.

Per dieci giorni abbiamo condiviso esperienze, idee ed emozioni insieme a ragazzi e ragazze provenienti da Romania, Germania, Polonia e Aruba, creando una vera comunità internazionale unita dalla voglia di fare la differenza.

Il progetto ci ha permesso di vivere momenti unici:
♻️ workshop creativi sul riciclo e la sostenibilità
🌊 attività di clean-up sulle spiagge per proteggere la natura locale
🤝 attività interculturali per conoscere culture, tradizioni e valori diversi
💡 discussioni e laboratori per sviluppare nuove idee e consapevolezze

Abbiamo imparato che la sostenibilità non è solo un concetto, ma uno stile di vita che possiamo portare avanti ogni giorno, anche nelle piccole azioni.

Questa esperienza ci ha arricchito come persone e ci ha fatto capire che insieme possiamo davvero diventare agenti del cambiamento per costruire un futuro più verde e responsabile. 🌿✨
