Our organization took part in the Bridging, Breaking Barriers Erasmus+ Training Course in Marrakech, a space where inclusion, gender equality, and youth advocacy were not just discussed but actively practiced.

Together with youth workers and activists from Europe and the MENA region, we explored how youth work can challenge hate speech, question stereotypes, and empower young people to stand up for their rights. Through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and collective reflection, we co-created tools and strategies to build safer and more inclusive spaces for youth.

This experience encouraged us to rethink gender norms, strengthen digital advocacy approaches, and trust the power of youth-led action. It reminded us that real change begins when voices are heard and diversity becomes a source of strength.

We return home with deeper awareness, stronger connections, and renewed commitment to amplifying voices that too often remain unheard.

Grateful for the people, the learning, and the shared vision that shaped this journey.

Our organization had the opportunity to take part in Alpha Wave, an Erasmus+ Youth Worker Mobility Seminar held in Aruba, in the heart of the Caribbean.

An experience that was unique, immersive, and deeply inspired by Youth

Throughout the seminar, together with participants from Europe and the Caribbean, we explored the challenges and values shaping today’s young people. We listened to authentic stories through Youth Story Circles, co-created value maps with Digital Value Mapping, and reflected on identity, inclusion, and intergenerational change.

We experimented with innovative methodologies, from photo-ethnography to design labs and contributed to the first draft of the Youth Agenda for the 21st Century, a document that gathers priorities, ideas, and concrete solutions emerging from the exchange between SIDS and Europe.

But Alpha Wave was more than a seminar: it was a cultural, human, and professional journey.
A space where youth voices were heard, valued, and transformed into real proposals for the future.

We are grateful to the facilitators, partners, and the CEDE Aruba team for their warm hospitality and shared vision. And we are proud to have represented Italy in this global co-creation experience.

Our organization had the chance to join the "Through Markers & Lenses" Erasmus+ Training Course in CEULAJ (Mollina, Málaga), together with participants from Spain, Jordan, Latvia, Serbia, Romania, and Poland.

More than a month later, the inspiration and skills we gained are still influencing our work with young people.

During the week, we explored how visual communication can strengthen youth work, from graphic facilitation and storytelling to photography, videography, and digital content creation. We visualized our goals, experimented with creative tools, and learned about design principles and color psychology.

We also contributed to the creation of a Visual Facilitation Guide.

This experience wasn’t just about creativity, it was about learning to communicate better, connect across cultures, and tell powerful stories.

A big thank you to all participants, trainers, and partners for making this journey so meaningful. ✨

Durante gli Erasmus Days 2025 siamo stati ospiti dell’I.I.S. Ambrosini – M.L. King di Favara, per incontrare gli studenti e raccontare loro tutto ciò che il programma Erasmus+ e l’Europa possono offrire ai giovani: esperienze di mobilità, scambi, crescita e cittadinanza attiva.

Un dialogo aperto e pieno di curiosità, che ci ha ricordato quanto sia importante credere nelle opportunità europee e quanto l’Europa sia, in fondo, più vicina di quanto pensiamo💙

🌴✨ Dal 12 al 22 settembre abbiamo avuto la possibilità di partecipare ad EcoAgents of Change, un progetto Erasmus+ che si è svolto ad Aruba, l’isola dal sole e dal mare cristallino.

Per dieci giorni abbiamo condiviso esperienze, idee ed emozioni insieme a ragazzi e ragazze provenienti da Romania, Germania, Polonia e Aruba, creando una vera comunità internazionale unita dalla voglia di fare la differenza.

Il progetto ci ha permesso di vivere momenti unici:
♻️ workshop creativi sul riciclo e la sostenibilità
🌊 attività di clean-up sulle spiagge per proteggere la natura locale
🤝 attività interculturali per conoscere culture, tradizioni e valori diversi
💡 discussioni e laboratori per sviluppare nuove idee e consapevolezze

Abbiamo imparato che la sostenibilità non è solo un concetto, ma uno stile di vita che possiamo portare avanti ogni giorno, anche nelle piccole azioni.

Questa esperienza ci ha arricchito come persone e ci ha fatto capire che insieme possiamo davvero diventare agenti del cambiamento per costruire un futuro più verde e responsabile. 🌿✨

Training Course Erasmus+ in Spagna 🇪🇸

Dal 16 al 23 ottobre 2025 a Mollina (Málaga, Spagna) si terrà il progetto “Through Markers & Lenses”, un Training Course Erasmus+ dedicato agli operatori giovanili.

📌 Obiettivi:
• sviluppare competenze in visual communication, grafica, fotografia e storytelling
• rafforzare le capacità digitali e creative
• favorire la cooperazione interculturale attraverso un linguaggio universale

Our Erasmus+ project “YOUth lead the future!” has been an incredible journey of growth, exchange, and collaboration — and now we’re excited to share the result we’re most proud of: the Learning Guide for Youth Participation & Civic Engagement!

This guide is more than just a tool: it’s a collective creation made by youth workers and educators, designed to support young people in becoming active citizens, shaping their communities, and embracing diversity.

From brainstorming sessions in Italy to international events across Europe and beyond, this project showed us how powerful youth collaboration can be. The guide is now available for everyone — free, open-source, and ready to inspire!

Successful APV in Aruba! 🇦🇼
On July 8–9, we had the pleasure of joining our partners from Aruba, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Romania, and Poland for the Advance Planning Visit of our Erasmus+ Eco-Agents youth exchange!
Over two inspiring days, we worked together to align on key elements of the exchange, from safety and logistics to group leadership and daily planning.
We visited amazing sites like EduCampus Aruba, Eco Montana Resort, Plastic Beach Party, Ayo Rock Formation, Donkey Sanctuary, and more, getting a real feel for the places our participants will soon explore.
Meaningful conversations, shared values, and strong collaboration set the tone for what promises to be a transformative experience in September.
A big thank you to CEDE Aruba for the warm welcome and flawless organization. The APV laid the groundwork for an exchange built on sustainability, inclusion, and community action.
We’re energized, aligned, and ready - see you all in September for the real adventure!
