شاركت مسوولة المتابعة والتقييم في منظمة شمس الانسانية ضمن المشاركين في برنامج القادة الشباب الجيل السابع والذي جاء بعنوان مدخل الى الديمقراطية الاجتماعية ومشاركة الشباب في الحياة السياسية
فهي تجربة تفتح المجال لإعادة النظر في دور الشباب في الشأن العام، ليس فقط كمتلقين، بل كقوة فاعلة ومؤثرة.

انطلقت الورشة الأولى في البصرة الفيحاء والتي ركزت على مفاهيم أساسية مثل الديمقراطية، القيادة، المشاركة السياسية، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على دور المرأة في العمل السياسي.

هذه التجربة لم تقتصر على تقديم المعرفة، بل حفّزت العديد من التساؤلات ووسّعت آفاق التفكير، لتكون خطوة مهمة نحو وعي أعمق ومشاركة أكثر فاعلية.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Shams Al-Insaniya Organization participated as one of the attendees in the 7th Generation Young Leaders Program, titled “An Introduction to Social Democracy and Youth Participation in Political Life.”

This experience opens the door to rethinking the role of youth in public affairs—not merely as recipients, but as active and influential forces.

The first workshop was launched in Basra (Al-Fayhaa), focusing on fundamental concepts such as democracy, leadership, and political participation, while also highlighting the role of women in political work.

This experience went beyond delivering knowledge; it stimulated many questions and broadened perspectives, marking an important step toward deeper awareness and more effective participation.

تدعو هيئة الحماية الاجتماعية المواطنين الكرام الواردة أسماؤهم من محافظة (الانبار) اقسام المرأة والرجل في القوائم المرفقة إلى ضرورة مراجعة بياناتهم وتحديث معلومات البطاقة الوطنية الموحدة من خلال منصة مظلتي الإلكترونية، وذلك لضمان دقة البيانات المثبتة في قاعدة معلومات الهيئة واستكمال المتطلبات الإدارية والفنية المرتبطة بملفاتهم. وإنجاز البيان السنوي لمن زاد مدته عن سنه ..

وتؤكد الهيئة أن هذا الإجراء يأتي ضمن مسار تدقيق وتحديث بيانات المستفيدين، وبما يسهم في رفع كفاءة قاعدة البيانات وتلافي حالات عدم التطابق أو تأخر إنجاز المعاملات، لاسيما لمن طرأت تغييرات على بياناتهم الشخصية أو استحصلوا على البطاقة الوطنية الموحدة حديثاً.

وعليه، تهيب الهيئة بجميع المواطنين المدرجة أسماؤهم ضمن القوائم المرفقة المبادرة إلى الدخول على منصة مظلتي واستكمال التحديث خلال 10 ايام لتجنب توقف الاعانة مستقبلاً، دعماً لدقة البيانات وضمان انسيابية الإجراءات.

استضافت منظمة شمس الإنسانية اجتماعا لمنتدى التعليم في العراق ICSEF بعنوان:
“آثار انخفاض منسوب نهر الفرات والتغيرات المناخية على التعليم وبيئة التعلم في الأنبار: التحديات والحلول العملية”وذلك ضمن مشروع “توسيع دور منظمات المجتمع المدني العراقية وقيادتها وحوكمتها في التعليم من خلال دعم استمرار منتدى التعليم في المجتمع المدني العراقي” المنفذ من قبل اليونسكو وبدعم من الاتحاد الاوربي.
أُقيمت الجلسة بتاريخ 22 نيسان 2026 في محافظة الأنبار، بحضور ممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني.
ناقشت الجلسة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القطاع التعليمي، ومنها شحة المياه وتأثيرها على البيئة المدرسية وصحة الطلبة، فضلاً عن انخفاض نسب الحضور، إلى جانب استعراض واقع الاستجابة الحالية من قبل الجهات المعنية.
كما تناولت الجلسة دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم استمرارية التعليم، وطرح حلول عملية منخفضة الكلفة، مع تسليط الضوء على احتياجات ذوي الإعاقة وضمان إمكانية وصولهم إلى الخدمات داخل المدارس.
واختتمت الجلسة بجملة من التوصيات القابلة للتنفيذ، التي تهدف إلى تعزيز بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومستدامة في ظل التغيرات المناخية

Hosted by Shams Al-Insaniya Organization, a meeting of the Iraq Civil Society Education Forum (ICSEF) was held under the title:

“The Impact of the Decline in the Euphrates River Water Levels and Climate Change on Education and the Learning Environment in Anbar: Challenges and Practical Solutions”

This meeting was conducted as part of the project:
“Expanding the Role of Iraqi Civil Society Organizations, and Strengthening Their Leadership and Governance in Education through Supporting the Continuity of the Civil Society Education Forum in Iraq.” Implemented by UNESCO and supported by the European Union.

The session took place on April 22, 2026, in Anbar Province, with the participation of representatives from government entities and civil society organizations.

The session discussed the أبرز (key) challenges facing the education sector, including water scarcity and its impact on the school environment and students’ health, as well as declining attendance rates. It also reviewed the current response efforts by relevant stakeholders.

Furthermore, the session addressed the role of civil society organizations in supporting the continuity of education, proposing low-cost practical solutions, and highlighting the needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring their access to services within schools.

The session concluded with a set of actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing a safe and sustainable learning environment in the face of climate change.

شمس الإنسانية توقّع اتفاقيات تعاون مع مفوضية حقوق الإنسان في الأنبار وصلاح الدين لتعزيز الشراكات في مجال حقوق الإنسان

في إطار تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي وتطوير العمل الحقوقي، وقّعت منظمة شمس الإنسانية للمرأة والطفل اتفاقيات تعاون مشتركة مع مفوضية حقوق الإنسان في محافظتي الأنبار وصلاح الدين.

وجرى توقيع الاتفاقيات بحضور رئيسة منظمة شمس الإنسانية للمرأة والطفل، الدكتورة سهاد دلي العكيدي، إلى جانب مديري مفوضية حقوق الإنسان في المحافظتين.

وتهدف الاتفاقيات إلى توطيد أواصر التعاون بين الجانبين في مجالات التدريب وبناء القدرات، والرصد وإعداد التقارير الحقوقية، فضلاً عن تنفيذ الأنشطة والفعاليات التخصصية ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان.

وأكد الجانبان أهمية هذه الخطوة في دعم تطوير القدرات المؤسسية وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بثقافة حقوق الإنسان، بما يسهم في ترسيخ مبادئ العدالة وحماية الكرامة الإنسانية

Shams Al-Insaniya Signs Cooperation Agreements with the Human Rights Commission in Anbar and Salah Al-Din to Strengthen Partnerships in the Field of Human Rights

In an effort to enhance institutional cooperation and develop human rights work, Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Children has signed joint cooperation agreements with the Human Rights Commission in both Anbar and Salah Al-Din provinces.

The agreements were signed in the presence of the President of Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Children, Dr. Sihad Dali Al-Obaidi, along with the Directors of the Human Rights Commission in both provinces.

The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation between the two sides in the fields of training and capacity building, monitoring and preparing human rights reports, as well as implementing specialized activities and events related to human rights.

Both parties emphasized the importance of this step in supporting institutional capacity development and promoting societal awareness of human rights culture, contributing to the consolidation of principles of justice and the protection of human dignity.

وشهدت الجلسة حضور عدد من المعنيين والناشطين، حيث جرى تسليط الضوء على أهمية مواءمة مخرجات المشاريع مع أولويات الأجندة الوطنية والدولية الخاصة بالمرأة، بما يسهم في تحقيق الاستدامة وتعزيز أثر المبادرات على أرض الواقع.

The Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Children held a panel session in the city of Ramadi aimed at linking the project outcomes with the Women, Peace, and Security agenda (Resolution 1325), as part of efforts to strengthen the role of women in peacebuilding and support their active participation in community stability processes.

The session was attended by a number of stakeholders and activists, where discussions highlighted the importance of aligning project outcomes with national and international priorities related to women, in a way that contributes to sustainability and enhances the impact of initiatives on the ground.

Participants also discussed ways to activate women’s role in decision-making and to strengthen partnerships among relevant actors to ensure the effective implementation of recommendations, in line with the requirements of peacebuilding and community reconciliation

وشهد المنتدى حضوراً مميزاً من ممثلي الجهات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، حيث جرت مناقشة أهمية تمكين المرأة وإشراكها الفاعل في عمليات بناء السلام، ودورها المحوري في الحد من التطرف وتعزيز التماسك المجتمعي.

Shams Al-Insaniya Organization held a forum in the city of Ramadi titled “Enhancing Women’s Participation in Peacebuilding and Community Reconciliation,” in coordination with the Sub-Committee for Countering Violent Extremism, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the role of women in achieving community stability.

The forum witnessed notable participation from representatives of governmental entities and civil society organizations, where discussions focused on the importance of empowering women and ensuring their active engagement in peacebuilding processes, as well as their vital role in countering extremism and promoting social cohesion.

The forum also addressed the key challenges facing women’s participation in this field, while presenting a number of recommendations aimed at supporting women-led initiatives and enhancing women’s presence in decision-making positions, contributing to sustainable peace and genuine community reconciliation.

This forum comes as part of Shams Al-Insaniya Organization’s ongoing activities aimed at promoting a culture of peace and strengthening effective partnerships in a way that serves community issues and enhances stability.

ضمن جهودها المستمرة في دعم وتعزيز دور المجتمع المدني في العراق، شاركت منظمة شمس الإنسانية اليوم 31 آذار 2026 في جلسة حوارية مهمة أُقيمت في مدينة الرمادي بعنوان “نحو أجندة تشريعية موحدة للمجتمع المدني العراقي”.

وشهدت الجلسة نقاشات معمّقة حول التحديات القانونية التي تواجه منظمات المجتمع المدني، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الفجوات التشريعية التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على الحريات العامة والحقوق المدنية.

تأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن رؤية المنظمة في دعم الإصلاح التشريعي وبناء بيئة قانونية أكثر عدالة واستجابة لاحتياجات

As part of its ongoing efforts to support and strengthen the role of civil society in Iraq, Shams Al-Insaniya Organization participated today, March 31, 2026, in an important dialogue session held in the city of Ramadi under the title: “Towards a Unified Legislative Agenda for Iraqi Civil Society.”

The session featured in-depth discussions on the legal challenges facing civil society organizations, in addition to highlighting legislative gaps that directly impact public freedoms and civil rights.

This participation comes within the organization’s vision to support legislative reform and to build a more just legal environment that is responsive to needs.

ضمن جهودها المستمرة في دعم السلم المجتمعي وتعزيز الاستقرار، شاركت منظمة شمس الإنسانية في الاجتماع الدوري للجنة الفرعية لمكافحة التطرف العنيف المؤدي إلى الإرهاب في محافظة صلاح الدين، والذي ضم ممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، في إطار تعزيز التنسيق والعمل المشترك لمواجهة التحديات المجتمعية.

وناقش الاجتماع عدداً من المحاور المهمة التي تهدف إلى تطوير آليات الاستجابة والوقاية من التطرف العنيف، حيث تم الاتفاق على مجموعة من المخرجات أبرزها:
▪️ إطلاق أسبوع توعوي خاص بمكافحة التطرف العنيف، يتضمن أنشطة وفعاليات مجتمعية تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي
▪️ تنظيم وحضور جلسة متخصصة في مجال الريادة، لدعم المبادرات الشبابية وتعزيز دورها في الوقاية من التطرف
▪️ إنشاء كروب تنسيقي خاص بمنظمات المجتمع المدني، لتبادل الخبرات والمعلومات وتعزيز العمل المشترك
▪️ اعتماد خطة سنوية متكاملة لتنفيذ الأنشطة والبرامج الخاصة بمكافحة التطرف العنيف

وتؤكد منظمة شمس الإنسانية التزامها الراسخ بدعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى الحد من التطرف العنيف، من خلال تعزيز الشراكات الفاعلة، وتمكين المجتمع، لا سيما فئة الشباب والنساء، من لعب دور إيجابي في بناء السلام ونشر ثقافة التعايش السلمي.

كما تسعى المنظمة إلى الاستمرار في العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع الجهات المعنية، بما يضمن تحقيق أثر مستدام يسهم في تعزيز الأمن المجتمعي وترسيخ قيم الحوار والتسامح.

As part of its ongoing efforts to support social peace and promote stability, Shams Al-Insaniya Organization participated in the periodic meeting of the Sub-Committee for Preventing Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism in Salah Al-Din Governorate. The meeting brought together representatives from government entities and civil society organizations, within the framework of strengthening coordination and joint action to address societal challenges.

The meeting discussed a number of key topics aimed at developing response and prevention mechanisms against violent extremism. A set of outcomes was agreed upon, أبرزها (most notably):

▪️ Launching a dedicated awareness week on preventing violent extremism, including community activities and events aimed at raising awareness
▪️ Organizing and attending a specialized session in the field of entrepreneurship, to support youth initiatives and enhance their role in preventing extremism
▪️ Establishing a coordination group for civil society organizations to exchange expertise and information, and to strengthen joint work
▪️ Adopting a comprehensive annual plan to implement activities and programs related to preventing violent extremism

Shams Al-Insaniya Organization reaffirms its firm commitment to supporting national efforts aimed at reducing violent extremism, by strengthening effective partnerships and empowering communities—particularly youth and women—to play a positive role in peacebuilding and promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence.

The organization also seeks to continue working side by side with relevant stakeholders to ensure a sustainable impact that contributes to enhancing community security and reinforcing the values of dialogue and tolerance.
