في قلب محافظة كربلاء ومع اقتراب الزيارة المليونية وبتوجيه مباشر من قبل الدكتور أحمد هاشم الأسدي مدير فرع كربلاء للهلال الأحمر العراقي انطلقت اليوم فعاليات "برنامج إعداد وتأهيل متطوعي جمعية الهلال الأحمر العراقي".
اليوم الأول كان حافلاً بالتركيز على صلب العمل الميداني حيث بدأنا بـ "الإعلام الميداني" مع الإعلامي الأستاذ هادي الموسوي مستعرضين أدوات التغطية الاحترافية لنقل الصورة الإنسانية. تلا ذلك محور "المتطوع المؤثر في العمل الإنساني" مع الدكتور مصطفى غزال الشمري لتعزيز مهارات القيادة والذكاء العاطفي واختتمنا يومنا بورشة عملية حول "أساسيات التصوير الفوتوغرافي" مع الأستاذ أحمد البراك، و**"التصوير الفيديوي"** مع الأستاذ حسين الخفاجي، لضمان توثيق بصري يليق بحجم العطاء المنتظر في هذه الأيام المباركة.
نستعد بكامل طاقتنا لنكون في مقدمة الصفوف، نخدم زوار كربلاء وننقل رسالة الهلال الأحمر بكل مهنية وإنسانية.

In the heart of Karbala Governorate, with the approach of the millions-strong pilgrimage, and under the direct guidance of Dr. Ahmed Hashem Al-Asadi, Director of the Karbala branch of the Iraqi Red Crescent, the "Iraqi Red Crescent Society Volunteer Training and Development Program" commenced today.
The first day was packed with a focus on the core of fieldwork. We began with "Field Media" with journalist Hadi Al-Moussawi, reviewing professional coverage tools for conveying the humanitarian image. This was followed by a session on "The Influential Volunteer in Humanitarian Work" with Dr. Mustafa Ghazal Al-Shammari, enhancing leadership skills and emotional intelligence. The day concluded with a practical workshop on "The Fundamentals of Photography" with Ahmed Al-Barrak, and "Videography" with Hussein Al-Khafaji, ensuring visual documentation befitting the scale of the anticipated aid during these blessed days.
We are preparing with all our energy to be at the forefront, serving the pilgrims of Karbala and conveying the Red Crescent's message with utmost professionalism and humanity.
