"فايند ات" هي منظمة غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح ، ليس لها أي صفة سياسية أو دينية، وتهدف إلى خلق وتحسين وصقل المهارات والقدرات، لدى الفرد لزيادة إنتاجيته وتوسيع نقاط معرفته للأداء الكفء، وكذلك زيادة فرص الشباب في الحصول على عمل.........................................................................
*اهدافنا:
1- تنمية القدرات والمهارات علميا وعمليا في مختلف المجالات للعاطلين عن العمل و
كذلك العاملين .
2- تحسين طرق وأساليب الأداء وبالتالي زيادة الإنتاجية.
3- ايجاد حلقة وصل بين اصحاب الاعمال من الشركات والمؤسسات وغيرهم وبين الباحثين عن فرصة عمل.
4- تمكين العاملين من مـسايرة التقـدم العلمـي والتكنولـوجي والإلمـام بأسـاليب العمـل الحديثة.
5- الاسهام في زيادة الوعي الاجتماعي بضرورة التماسك والتعايش السلمي والمصالحة بين جميع فئات المجتمع بمختلف انتماءاتهم.................................................
* وسائلنا
1- اقامة دورات تهدف الى تزويد المتدرب بالمهارات والمعارف والخبرات والقدرات التي يحتاج اليها والتي تسهم في تطوير مستوى ادائه لعمله
2- انشاء قاعدة بيانات لاصحاب الاعمال والعاطلين عن العمل، واعداد السيرة الذاتية والتقديم للحصول على وظائف.
3- اقامة ورش عمل من خلال ربط التعليم النظري مع التدريب اثناء العمل تحت اشراف مدربين مهرة.
4- إقامة المؤتمرات وهي وسيلة للتدريب تسهم في تشجيع وتطوير التفكير الجماعي إزاء موضوع مشترك.
5- الندوات وحلقات الدراسة (seminars) وفيها تشترك مجموعة من المتدربين في بحث موضوع معين على مستوى عالي........................................................

منظمة عراقية محلية تم تأسيسها عام 2015 من قبل مفوضية الاتحاد الأوربي بواسطة شبكة mediter الايطالية ، ضمن مشروع المفتاح المعرفي لمحافظة نينوى ، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسات دولية ومحلية.
وتعهدت مفوضية الاتحاد الأوربي برعايتها والتعاون معها بمجموعة مشاريع مستقبلية .

Who we are :
“Find it” is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. It has no political or religious status, it is aimed to create and fine-tune and improve the skills and abilities of the individual to increase productivity, expand her/his knowledge and performance as well as to increase the chance of young people to find job......................................................................
Our goals :
1. Capacity and skills building scientifically and practically in various fields for the unemployed, as well as employees.
2. Improve the means and methods of performance and thus to increase productivity.
3. Build a link between the business owners of the companies, institutions and others and between job opportunity seekers.
4. Enable employees to keep up with scientific and technological progress through an update methods and knowledge of modern work.
5. Contribute to the raise the social awareness with necessity of coherence among all segments of society with various affiliations.

Our means :
1. To conduct courses aimed to provide the trainee with the skills knowledge, experiences and capabilities which s/he needs, and that contribute to the development of the level of her/his work performance.
2. To create a data base for the business owners and the unemployed, and preparing the resume and apply for jobs.
3. To conduct workshops through connectingtheoretical education with job training under the supervision of skilled trainers.
4. To set up conferences as it is a method of training which contribute to encourage and develop collective thinking about the common theme.
5. Seminars and workshops that involve a group of trainees to discuss particular topic at a high level.

Find it
It is a local Iraqi organization was established in 2015 by the European Union Commission and the Mediter Italian network, within the cognitive key project for Ninawa province and in collaboration with local and international institutions. The European Union Commission has pledged to sponsor and cooperate with through a series of future projects.
