دەزگای روانگە دەرفەتی دەستخستنی کارامەیی بۆ هەلی کار پێشکەش دەکات

لە چوارچێوەی هاوبەشی پڕۆژەی ئاسۆکان (PROSPECTS) و بە پاڵپشتی حکومەتی هۆڵەندا، ڕێکخراوی کاری نێودەوڵەتی (ILO) بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ دەزگای روانگە و بە هەماهەنگی لەگەڵ بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتی کار و دەستەبەری کۆمەڵایەتی لە هەرێمی کوردستان، پڕۆگرامێکی نوێی ڕاهێنانی پیشەیی بۆ گەنجان لە هەولێر، دهۆک، سلێمانی و نەینەوا پێشکەش دەکات. ئەم پڕۆگرامە ڕاهێنانێکی کردەیی و پیشەییی ٤٥ رۆژەیە کە بە مەبەستی دەستخستنی کارامەیی راستەقینە و گونجاو لەگەڵ پێداویستییەکانی بازاڕی کاردا داڕێژراوە. پڕۆگرامەکە بەخۆڕاییە و بۆ گەنجان لە هەردوو ڕەگەز لە کۆمەڵگەی خۆجێی، پەنابەران و ئاوارەکان و گەڕاوەکان دەستەبەرکراوە. ڕاهێنانەكان ئەم بوارانە لەخۆدەگرێت: وزەی خۆر، بازاڕسازی، چاککردنەوەی مۆبایل، کارامەییەکانی کۆمپیوتەر، میکانیک، دروومان، تۆڕی ئاو و ئاوەڕۆ، کامێرای چاودێری، سیستەمی ساردکەرەوە و .....هتد.

Rwanga Foundation Offers Skills for Job Opportunity through Vocational Training Programme

Under the PROSPECTS Partnership and with the support of the Government of the Netherlands, the International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with Rwanga Foundation and in coordination with the General Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs in the Kurdistan Region, presents a new vocational training program for youth in Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, and Ninewa. This program includes a 45-day practical and vocational training designed to acquire real skills that align with labor market needs. The program is free and open to young men and women from host communities, refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and Returnees. Training fields include: solar energy, marketing, mobile phone repair, computer skills, mechanics, sewing, plumbing and heating, CCTV systems, air conditioning systems, and much more. This is not just training, but an opportunity to acquire real skills, gain self-confidence, and take an important step toward a professional future.

مؤسسة روانگه توفر فرصة لاكتساب مهارات من خلال برنامج التدريب المهني

في إطار شراكة برنامج "آفاق" "PROSPECTS" وبدعم من حكومة هولندا، تُقدم منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة روانگه وبالتنسيق مع المديرية العامة للعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في إقليم كوردستان، برنامجًا جديدًا للتدريب المهني موجهًا للشباب في أربيل، دهوك، السليمانية، ونينوى.

يتضمن البرنامج تدريبًا مهنيًا وعمليًا لمدة ٤٥ يومًا، يهدف إلى تزويد المشاركين بمهارات حقيقية تتماشى مع احتياجات سوق العمل. البرنامج مجاني ومتاح للشباب والشابات من المجتمعات المضيفة، واللاجئين، والنازحين داخليًا، والعائدين.

تشمل مجالات التدريب:
الطاقة الشمسية، التسويق، صيانة الهواتف المحمولة، مهارات الحاسوب، الميكانيك، الخياطة، أعمال السباكة والتدفئة، أنظمة المراقبة (CCTV)، أنظمة التكييف، والعديد من التخصصات الأخرى.

🌟 Key findings from new report coming! 🌟

As you may read in our newsletter, PIN published “Mapping Youth-Led Peacebuilding and Civic Engagement in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq” few months ago!

Developed under the EU-funded Pathways to Peace (P2P) project, the study explores how youth across Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, and Halabja are already contributing to dialogue, community action, and social cohesion.
