Girls and Technology is an ongoing program by the Violet Organization, dedicated to empowering young women by developing their skills and expanding their career opportunities across various fields of technology.

Following the successful completion of the first two rounds, which benefited 162 participants, we are pleased to announce the launch of the third round of the program, featuring a diverse range of specialized training courses.

Shano Seywan was one of the 92 women who benefited from the second round of the Girls and Technology Program, held in 2024. As a participant in the Digital Marketing course, Shano became one of the program’s inspiring success stories. After completing the program, she continued to develop her skills, stepped into the technology industry, and began making her mark as a woman in the digital world.

Muzhda Abdulsamad is another inspiring success story of the Girls and Technology Program. After participating in the Photography course, she continued to develop her skills and expertise in the field of photography.
Today, she works as a photography trainer, sharing her knowledge and experience with other Kurdish youths and empowering them to develop their own skills and pursue new opportunities.

رێناس عەلی یەکێک بوو لە بەشداربووانی کۆرسی فۆتۆگرافی لە خولیب یەکەمی پرۆگرامەکەدا و بەخۆشحالییەوە ئێستا یەکێکە لە نموونە سەرکەوتووەکانی پرۆگرامی کچان و تەکنەلۆژیا و رێکخراوی ڤایۆلێت .

ئێوە جێگەی شانازین بۆ ڕێکخراوی ڤایۆلێت و نموونەی هاندانن بۆ کچانی دیکە.

In 2023, the first round of the Girls and Technology Program, generously sponsored by H.E. Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, provided 70 young girls with valuable learning opportunities and skills to strengthen their capabilities and expand their opportunities in the technology world.
Renas Ali was one of the participants in the Photography course during the program’s first round. Today, she stands as one of the inspiring success stories of the Girls and Technology Program and Violet Organization, demonstrating how access to learning opportunities can help women develop their talents and pursue their ambitions.

Through two successful rounds of the Girls and Technology Program, 162 girls have gained valuable knowledge and practical skills in the field of technology through specialized training opportunities, opening doors to new possibilities and inspiring success stories.

The Girls and Technology Program is an initiative designed and implemented by Violet Organization, with the aim of increasing women’s participation in the technology sector and preparing young girls to enter the technology workforce across a range of fields.
The data and outcomes from the two previous rounds demonstrate the program’s success in achieving its objectives and creating meaningful opportunities for girls to develop their digital and technology-related skills.

دانیشتنی سێهەمی پرۆگرامی «دیدی کچان» بە میوانداری دکتۆر دییەن بەڕێوەچوو. لەم دانیشتنەدا، ڕامان گۆڕییەوە و بەشداربووان باسیان لە چۆنیەتیی دروستکردنی خووە تەندروستەکان، پەیڕەوکردنی سیستەمی خۆراکی هاوسەنگ، و گرنگیی وەرزش و چالاکیی جەستەیی کرد.
