FINAL NOTICE: Team AAYA has secured a commitment from M/s Ganpati Bharat Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Gawar Construction Pvt. Ltd. to attend the upcoming meeting.
​If the companies fail to attend:
* ​The victim family will take immediate action against them.
* ​Immediate measures will be taken leading to the seizure of multiple company-owned and rented vehicles.
* ​The companies will bear full responsibility for any law and order problems that arise.

Shri India Danggen, Vice President (Protocol), addressed the crucial meeting at the ADC Tuting Conference Hall regarding the tragic Migging–Panggo road accident.
​Emphasizing company accountability, he placed a firm 3-Point Demand for Compulsory Compensation on the company responsible:
​₹1 Crore compensation for each of the 3 deceased victims' families.
​₹50 Lakhs compensation for each injured person.
​1 Brand-new vehicle as immediate replacement/relief.
​We stand firm with the affected families and demand immediate administrative action! ✊🏼🕯️

Shri Oten Boli, Spokesperson, AAYA, attended the meeting regarding the tragic Migging–Panggo road accident at the ADC Tuting Conference Hall today, expressing deep grief and solidarity with the affected families.
​On behalf of AAYA, he strongly placed 3 Key Demands before the administration:
​₹1 Crore compensation for each of the deceased victims' families (3 lives lost).
​₹50 Lakhs compensation for each injured individual.
​Provision of one brand-new car as immediate vehicle replacement/relief.
​We demand swift action and justice for the victims and their families. 🙏🏼🕯️

A team All Adi Youths Association Upper Siang District, led by General Secretary Dunun Miyu alongside Central Executive Members India Danggen (VP Protocol), Oten Boli (Spokesperson), and Adv. Kenzing Taron (Chairman RTI), visited Migging village for an on-ground inspection.

​The team met with the victim's family to hear their grievances firsthand, assess the harsh realities on the ground, and inspect the accident site.
