Project Report: Teachers' Day Special Meeting

To honor and appreciate the dedication of 12 teachers from our adopted village, Dara, and some of our club members.

Activity:
- An online meeting was convened to celebrate Teachers' Day.
- 16 members joined the meeting via the provided link.
- Each teacher was honored with a digital certificate signed by:
- AP Jyoti Mahipal
- DC Seema Sonthalia
- Club President Meena Basu

Impact:
- Teachers shared their heartfelt experiences upon receiving the digital certificates.
- The meeting served as a platform for appreciation and recognition of the teachers' hard work and commitment.

Inner Wheel Club of Centenary Haldane Avenue, District 329, organized a community project on August 8, 2025, focusing on branding and children's rights. The club distributed 250 'Meri Kitaab' chocolates with the IWC logo and tied Rakhis for residents of The Refuge in Sealdah. This project served 275 beneficiaries, with a total cost of ₹4000, and was attended by 3 members, thereby promoting Inner Wheel's mission and visibility.

Project Description:

On 29th July, our members visited Navanir Home for Senior Citizens for a heartwarming session with the residents. We conducted a lively game of Housie, tied Friendship Bands, and distributed food items from our Food Bank.

It was a truly fulfilling experience to spend meaningful time with the Mashimas, bringing smiles and joy to their day. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives.
