🎯 Objective of the Program
The main objective of this workshop was to develop management, leadership, financial awareness and digital skills among the enterprising and unemployed youth of the area, so that they can emerge as successful entrepreneurs in the future.

🏁 Conclusion
This MDP workshop is an important step for the youth of the area. This training program has been started successfully with the help of MSME and the initiative of Sukhmi Man Memorial Islamic Institution. There are plans to bring more and more youth under this type of training in the coming days.

এই কর্মশালার মূল লক্ষ্য ছিল এলাকার উদ্যোগী ও বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের মধ্যে ব্যবস্থাপনা, নেতৃত্ব, আর্থিক সচেতনতা ও ডিজিটাল দক্ষতা গড়ে তোলা, যাতে তারা ভবিষ্যতে সফল উদ্যোক্তা হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করতে পারেন।

প্রধান প্রশিক্ষক দেবাশীষ মিশ্র বলেন, “এই ধরনের কর্মশালা শুধু দক্ষতা নয়, আত্মবিশ্বাসও গড়ে তোলে। MSME-এর সহায়তায় যুব সমাজের ভবিষ্যৎ আরও উজ্জ্বল হবে।”
এই MDP কর্মশালা এলাকার যুবসমাজের জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ। MSME-এর সহায়তায় এবং সুখী মন মেমোরিয়াল ইসলামিক ইনস্টিটিউশনের উদ্যোগে এই প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচি সফলভাবে শুরু হয়েছে। আগামী দিনে আরও বেশি সংখ্যক যুবক-যুবতীকে এই ধরনের প্রশিক্ষণের আওতায় আনার পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে।
