🏨 Hilton Set to Enter Visakhapatnam!

Global hospitality giant Hilton has announced its entry into Visakhapatnam with the signing of the Hilton Garden Inn Visakhapatnam Yendada World Trade Centre.

📍 The 360-room hotel will be part of the upcoming 10-acre WTC development at Yendada and is expected to open in 2032. The property is planned to include restaurants, rooftop bar, swimming pools, fitness facilities and around 14,300 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.

🚛 ₹1,008 Crore Logistics Park Coming Up in Visakhapatnam

Andhra Pradesh has approved 91.38 acres at Kanamam, Visakhapatnam, for a proposed ₹1,008-crore logistics and light industrial park to support Google’s proposed India AI Hub.

The project, being developed by Ecobox Industrial Asset IV Pvt. Ltd., is expected to create around 5,000 jobs and will include warehouses, light manufacturing, data-centre-related infrastructure and allied facilities.

The proposed park will have about 19.45 lakh sq. ft. of built-up space, strengthening Vizag’s emerging logistics and digital-infrastructure ecosystem.
