The Jesus film was shown in a new tribal village Joduru where the adivasis of people worship Ayana (a god of darkness). As we were visiting and getting prepared to start the film, a group of Ayana believers started playing their drums and worshiping evil spirits. We stayed in prayer and played Gospel songs that declare God’s salvation. After starting the film, the loud drums stopped and we had a great number of people coming to watch the Life of Jesus. Afterwards we asked for questions or comments and an elder said: “We had heard about the name of Jesus, but now that we’ve seen Him, can start to believe in Him”. Pray that Jesus’ power be manifested in this village, that the light of Jesus shine and darkness flees. And that as they remember the story of Jesus and His sacrifice, they turn their lives to our Savior Jesus Christ.

Tribal Village Sees JESUS for the First Time. Gnfa Tribal Ministries continues to spread the Gospel's good news through Jesus Film Projector Outreaches in tribal villages of Indian mountaintops. More than 70 people attended this projector show and more than 20 lost souls gave their hearts to Christ and turned back to the savior of their souls. Jesus Film Ministry Bringing Face-to-Face With Jesus In Their Heart Language. Through the JESUS film, I understood Jesus came for me, so I accepted Him as Lord in my life. I am thankful the GNFA JESUS Film team opened my eyes to the life of Christ.”

When we would show the Jesus Film to people, often persecution would come - for example, in some places they would shut the projector off - but also, many people came to Christ. Many people in India had never heard about the life of Christ, and after they saw and experienced the Jesus film, hundreds came to the Lord, were baptized in water, and became disciples of Christ.

Every day we go out with the Jesus film ministries to different places, showing the Jesus Movie, distributing New Testaments, and sharing our testimonies with everyone. From doing this, in the last 3 months around 50 families received Christ and were baptized, and now they are forming new churches. Every month we reach hundreds of villages all together as a team, and the number of house churches is growing daily."

Gospel Work of India was started with a vision to pray and to do evangelization all over India. We usually travel to different parts of the tribals of India, mostly to the northern part of India tribal areas where evangelism is needed the most. As we traveled last year we met our brothers in Christ who are settled in different parts of India for the work of the lord and helped them with their ministry. Due to these evangelical trips, many youth and adult leaders have found the specific places that God has told them to minister. We need your help and prayers for showing the truth to others as it is said in Mathew 9:37-38 “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest” (ESV).

“My husband died after getting COVID, leaving me to take care of our son and daughter by myself. After I lost him, I became mentally exhausted and even made plans to take my life. The JESUS Film team showed a movie in our village about Jesus. I saw it and shared my struggles with the team. They prayed for me and taught me more about Jesus. God has worked in my mind and life and given me patience. God has lessened my burden – I am trusting Jesus!”
