🌸 DIGNITY FOR PAD — Menstrual Health Awareness Campaign 🌸
Since March 2025, our team at https://www.fshfoundation.org/ has been continuously working to spread awareness about menstrual health, hygiene, and dignity among girls and women across different schools, colleges, workplaces, villages, and rural communities.
Through this campaign, we not only distribute sanitary pads, but also educate girls and women about:
• Proper menstrual hygiene
• Health risks caused by lack of care during periods
• Future health complications if hygiene is ignored
• Safe and healthy practices during menstruation
• Breaking myths, fear, and social stigma around periods
We are proud to have already reached many areas of Rohtas, Bihar, and this is just the beginning. 💙
Our mission for the next 5 years is to expand this movement across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, and gradually to major states across India — ensuring that every girl and woman has access to awareness, dignity, and menstrual health support.
Together, we can create a future where periods are treated with awareness, confidence, and respect — not silence. ✨
