Reiki Circle Meeting
Date: Wednesday, 17th December 2025
Time: 4:30 pm
Participants: 5 members

Proceedings

1. *Opening Practice*
The session began with the recitation of the Gokai, setting a calm and mindful intention for the gathering.

2. *Gassho Meditation*
Members engaged in Gassho, centering their awareness and grounding their energy.

3. *Hatsurei Hō *
The group continued with Hatsurei Hō, deepening the energetic flow and preparing for the healing practices ahead.

4. *Reiki Shower*
A collective Reiki Shower was conducted, allowing participants to cleanse and refresh their energetic field.

5. *Reiki Circle*
The group then formed the Reiki Circle, sharing and channeling healing energy collectively.

6. *Study & Revision* .
A revision of 4 out of the 11 Reasons of Reiki was carried out.
Additionally, 2 more reasons were discussed in detail, enriching everyone’s understanding.

7. *New Participant Experience*
One new member joined specifically to experience the Reiki Circle.
- He reported feeling the vibration clearly during the session.
- His after‑effect was described as “too good”, indicating a deeply positive and uplifting experience.

Conclusion
The meeting concluded after the discussions, with all participants dispersing peacefully.

1. Opening Practice – Hatsurei-ho
- The meeting began with the traditional Reiki meditation technique Hatsurei-ho to center and align energy.

2. Gassho Kokuyu-ho
- Participants continued with Gassho Kokuyu-ho, focusing on breath and mindfulness to deepen inner stillness.

3. Reiki Circle
- Members sat together in a circle and performed a Reiki circle, sharing collective healing energy.

4. Practice of Gokai – Reiki Principles
- The group recited and reflected upon the Gokai, the Five Principles of Reiki, reinforcing mindfulness and spiritual grounding.

5. Discussion & Practice – Reasons for Reiki
- Members explored and practiced 4 of the 11 reasons one seeks the power of Reiki, deepening understanding of its purpose and benefits.

6. Planning Next Meeting
- The group finalized the date, time, and venue for the next gathering.

- Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 17th December, at 4:30 PM.
