Have you ever had a day where nothing is really wrong… but something just feels off?

You’re not quite tired… not unwell… but not fully yourself either.

I’ve been reflecting on this a lot lately— and what I’ve come to understand through Reiki is this:

✨ It’s not always about being exhausted. Sometimes, it’s simply that our energy is out of balance.

And the signs are often subtle…

Feeling drained after certain interactions. Getting irritated more easily than usual. Overthinking. Feeling stuck. Or quietly disconnected from yourself.

The good news?

You don’t need to “fix” everything. You just need to begin noticing… and gently returning.

Even one conscious breath… one small pause… can begin to shift your energy.
