Exposure is also a skill. And our artisans just got a lot of it!

Women artisans from Shilp Shakti participated in a Madhubani Painting Workshop at The Kunj, New Delhi; organised by Rangsutra and supported by HCL Foundation's My E Haat.

Guided by master artisans, they didn't just observe a celebrated traditional art form. They understood its contemporary market relevance: what sells, what buyers want, and where their own craft fits in.

At Shilp Shakti, training isn't just about technique. It's about giving women the exposure to make smarter, stronger, more market-ready work.

This is what happens when girls get a field to play on.

Our girls from Dadri just won the Delhi U19 Cricket Championship, competing against the best teams from across Delhi NCR and coming out on top.

A field gave them space. Khelo Dadri gave them support. They gave the rest: the practice and the belief. To every girl on that team: We are proud of you.

On , we created awareness, encouraged informed choices, and promoted a healthier future free from to***co and substance abuse.

The event brought together adolescents, parents, Self-Help Group members, healthcare workers, teachers, and government representatives in a collective effort to strengthen community action against substance use.

A highlight of the event was Brushstrokes of Change, an exhibition of paintings created by adolescents from Dadri that powerfully captured the harmful effects of to***co and substance abuse. An engaging Nukkad Natak further sparked conversations around prevention, responsibility, and well-being.

The program concluded with a community pledge, reaffirming our commitment to building healthier and more resilient communities.

To support safe and scientific disposal of sanitary waste, two incinerators have been installed in Datawali.
