Chemistry Consonance Society - CCS, IIT Ropar The Chemistry Consonance Society (CCS) is the student body of the Department of Chemistry IIT, Ropar.

The Chemistry Consonance Society (CCS), IIT Ropar was formed in 2014 to assist students in providing them scientific knowledge in various avenues. The CCS is involved in spreading awareness among students on various research opportunities for internships, travel grants for conferences, and higher studies in India and abroad. It gives a platform for the students and scholars to arrange seminars in

the department. It promotes the interaction between academia and industry by organizing industrial trips, facilitate industrial training, and arranges invited lectures. The CCS act as a bridge between the students and faculty by organizing intellectual and scientific gatherings.
