Non Government Teachers Organization

Non Government Teachers Organization (NGTO) is a national non-profit organization. This organization addresses the real problems of teachers of non-government schools / colleges and coordinates between teachers, educational institute and governments and working with the motivation to reestablish the nation as the supreme glory. The need of such an organization for non-government teachers in the country was expected for a long time. Therefore, after brainstorming with many experienced teachers from across the country, this Non Government Teachers Organization (NGTO) was established under the Indian Constitution. The speciality of this organization Non Government Teachers Organization (NGTO) is that it is the first and only national organization of non-government teachers in the country.

To create the necessary environment for non-government teachers to be free from social, economic, mental and emotional exploitation and to gain their lost respect. To protect the interests of teachers and employees working in the private education sector, to provide a National platform for the solution of economic exploitation and other genuine problems. To work towards ensuring social justice and security to the teachers and employees working in the private education sector. To organize teachers and employees working in the private education sector, work for their welfare and work for their educational, social and economic development. To arrange and conduct workshops, seminars and training programs for school management, quality education and subject specialization. Honoring teachers and employees working in the private education sector to encourage them.
