help for ultrasound machine in government hospital

It is a public request that due to the lack of ultrasound facilities at the Tarabganj Government Hospital, the people of the area are facing significant inconvenience. Private centers are taking advantage of this and charging two to three times higher fees, which are beyond the reach of poor patients.
