Noorkash Foundation Member Donates Blood at SDH Zainapora, Sets Example of Humanity
Zainapora: In a heartening gesture of compassion and social responsibility, Shahnawaz Ahmad, a member of the Noorkash Foundation, donated blood for a needy patient at Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Zainapora on Tuesday.
According to details, Shahnawaz Ahmad came across a message circulating on social media stating that a patient admitted at SDH Zainapora was in urgent need of A negative blood. Responding without delay, he immediately rushed to the hospital and voluntarily donated blood to help save the life of the patient.
Speaking on the occasion, Shahnawaz Ahmad said that as soon as he saw the message seeking an A negative blood pint, he felt it was his moral duty to step forward. “Blood donation is a noble act and can make the difference between life and death. If we are in a position to help, we should never hesitate,” he said.
His timely intervention was widely appreciated by his team members from the Noorkash Foundation, hospital staff, and others present at the hospital, who lauded his selfless act and humanitarian spirit.
The gesture has once again highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation and the crucial role played by socially conscious individuals and organizations in supporting patients during medical emergencies.
