A safe and healthy environment is our strength. It is our home and so our responsibility. It gives us life and teaches us survival. We begin the day with its dawn and end it at its darkest yawn.

So, let us celebrate with all-encompassing creatures and cherish the mutual importance to acknowledge the existential relevance.

Happy World Environment Day!

Baisakhi (or Vaisakhi) is a major, vibrant spring festival primarily celebrated in Punjab, marking the solar new year and the harvesting of rabi crops. It holds deep significance as the anniversary of the Khalsa Panth's founding by Guru Gobind Singh in 1699, symbolising faith, courage, and the birth of Sikh identity.

May your Baisakhi be blessed with the bounty of the season and a harvest of joy and prosperity. IISTAA wishes all a very Happy Baisakhi!

Shaheed Diwas (Martyrs' Day) is observed in India on March 23 to honor the ultimate sacrifice of freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru, who were hanged by the British on this day in 1931 in Lahore jail.

Their action had a vision. A vision to teach humanity that if your freedom is being maltreated then you have to stand strong because it's your freedom. It wasn't only a sacrifice, it was a message that our freedom is our responsibility. It was an example that bravery is all about making and executing a purposeful decision with full conviction and dedication.

Let us honour the brave hearts who gave our land back to us. Now it's our responsibility to upheld the pride of this nation.

Honouring the martrydom of our national heroes ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadanโ€™s month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting. It signifies gratitude, spiritual rejuvenation, and celebration, where people thank Allah for the strength to complete the fast, share charity (Zakat-ul-Fitr), strengthen family bonds, and share festive meals.

Let this Eid bring peace in the whole world. As Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam said ...

"Where there is righteousness in the heart, there is beauty in the character.

When there is beauty in the character, there is harmony in the home.

When there is harmony in the home, there is order in the nation.

When there is order in the nation, there is peace in the whole world."

Wishing all Eid Mubarak! ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŒŸ

Every step you take towards making the journey meaningful, it counts. Every action you take towards getting stronger, it counts. Every thought you manifest for betterment, it counts. And new year marks the beginning of the counter in a cyclic pattern.

With a smile and a spirit of giving, a sense of humanity and a pledge to spread peace and happiness, let's celebrate the beginning of this new year.

Wish all of you and your family ... a very happy and blissful Ugadi, Gadi Padwa, and Nav Samvatsar.
