🏥 An Educational Visit to Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan TMC Hospital

On 18th September 2026, students of Ummeed The Hope Special School visited Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan TMC Hospital for an enriching learning experience.

The visit provided our students with an opportunity to explore the healthcare environment, observe hospital facilities, and learn beyond the classroom. 💜

Medical Aids Distribution 🤝💙

On 14th September 2026, Ummeed Foundation, in collaboration with ALIMCO, distributed medical aids to 20 Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), supporting greater mobility, independence, and inclusion.

🌸 Teacher’s Day Celebration at Ummeed The Hope Special School 🌸

On 17th September 2026, we celebrated Teacher’s Day with our wonderful students. ❤️

Some of our special children stepped into the role of their teachers and gave a beautiful performance, making the celebration truly memorable. As a token of appreciation, they were gifted books and stationery. 📚✏️

Medical Aid Assessment Camp for Children with Disabilities 🩵

Ummeed Foundation, in collaboration with Rise Bionics, conducted a 3-day Medical Aid Assessment Camp from 18th to 20th August 2026 at Ummeed Foundation, Mumbra, Thane.

Around 70 children with disabilities from Mumbra were assessed to identify their medical aid and assistive device requirements. 🤝✨

Our 2 students and 1 teacher successfully participated in the AMBA Training Orientation Program (Learn & Earn Program) in Bangalore. After completing 3 days of intensive training, they are now Certified Trainers and will further train other students at our school.

A step forward towards skill development, empowerment, and creating more opportunities for our students. 💜
