World Scout Scarf Day 2026 | A Special Initiative Towards Our 5th Anniversary

As part of the upcoming 5th Anniversary of the RashBehari Bose Scout & Guide Group, Taki Fire Unit Club, a meaningful initiative was organized on World Scout Scarf Day (1st August 2026).

To commemorate the occasion, five individuals with no previous Scouting background were inducted as Ordinary Members of the Group. They were ceremonially presented with the Group Scarf, a timeless symbol of unity, service, friendship, and commitment to the values of Scouting.

This initiative was aimed at extending the spirit of Scouting beyond uniformed members by welcoming socially conscious individuals who are willing to contribute to community service and become part of the Scouting family.

The programme was graced by the presence of:

- Shri Narayan Chandra Das – Group Chairman
- Shri Pronab Sarkar – Vice Chairman
- Shri Bitan Biswas – Group Accountant

The ceremony marked a memorable milestone in our journey towards celebrating the Group's 5th Anniversary, reinforcing our belief that Scouting is open to everyone who wishes to serve society.

"A scarf is not just a part of the uniform—it is a symbol of belonging, responsibility, and lifelong service.

"Every scarf tells a story. Today, five new stories began." 🌍💚
