Nagarathar Chamber of Commerce Nagarathar Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization which aims to promote entrepreneurship among the community members.

Nagarathar chamber of commerce, shortly known as NCC is formed by a group of young entrepreneurs who are likeminded for a social cause, to bring up the young nagarathars who are finding their future in lucrative jobs and overseas opportunities back to commerce which is the lifeline of Nagarathars. Nagarathars, who are part of Vysyas in ancient Indian culture, started their venture into business a

s salt merchants, moved in groups across the Dravidian landscape and later ventured abroad into countries like Burma, Malaysia, Singapore, Saigon & Ceylon, but now the youngsters have shrunk their wings and shied away from business to employment both in India and overseas. The very purpose of the chamber is to bring back the young nagarathars to business and inculcate the inherent business culture in them with the aim to equally motivate the young Nagarathar ladies who are vibrant with an achieving attitude to enter into commercial activities.

Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body (a cliche we’ve all heard multiple times) but last Saturday we learnt the actual power and importance of these words.

It was a light hearted, fun and informative session for us to stop and reconnect.
As social beings whether it is meeting new friends, catching up with old ones or just being present with one and another - it was the break we all needed.

We went home with a little more clarity, new connections and free muffins.

Mental health is neither the path nor the end.It’s the quiet company of those who walk beside you, when the road bends. We’ve taken the first step. So join us next time for other such networking events! (Sign up link in the bio)
