Society Reform Organisation at Nasha Mukht Abhiyan, Budgam
Proud moment for Society Reform Organisation as we actively participated in the Nasha Mukht Abhiyan held at Budgam. The event was graced by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha as Chief Guest, who stressed the importance of a united fight against drug abuse.
Our team joined hands with the administration and the public to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drugs and to promote a healthy, positive lifestyle among the youth.
We remain committed to this noble cause and will continue our efforts to build a drug-free society.

Healthcare Reaches the Forgotten”: 270 Patients Treated in Narakara Medical Camp
Narakara, Budgam: In a powerful display of community service, the Society Reform Organisation, in collaboration with Ujala Hospital Srinagar, organised a mega free medical camp at Narakara Budgam, bringing much-needed healthcare directly to the people.
A remarkable 270 patients availed free consultations, medical check-ups, and essential medicines, highlighting both the success of the initiative and the urgent healthcare needs of the area.
A dedicated team of doctors and paramedical staff worked tirelessly to ensure quality treatment and personal care for every patient.
Speaking on the occasion, organisers Aejaz Paul, said that such initiatives are aimed at serving humanity and reaching those who lack access to proper medical facilities. They reaffirmed their commitment to continue organising such welfare programmes in the future.
Local residents widely appreciated the effort, calling it a lifeline for the community.
“This camp is not just a service, it is a necessity for our people,” said a local resident.
Another added, “We are thankful to the organisers. More such camps should be held regularly.”
The event stands as a strong example of social responsibility and grassroots impact, reflecting the power of collective efforts in addressing public health challenges.
