PM Package Employees Union Kashmir (PMPEU) expresses its profound grief and deepest condolences over the tragic killing of two innocent migrant labourers in the recent terror attack in South Kashmir's Kulgam, as well as the loss of brave police personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

We offer our heartfelt tributes to the departed souls and stand firmly with their bereaved families in this moment of immense sorrow. May Lord Shiva grant eternal peace and Moksh to the departed, and bestow strength and courage upon their loved ones to endure this irreparable loss.

Such acts of terror are an assault on humanity itself. Terror has no religion, no justification, and no place in a civilized society. Every innocent life lost is a tragedy that diminishes us all.

In view of the prevailing security situation, PMPEU advises all PM Package employees to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary travel and movement, exercise utmost caution during commuting, and strictly adhere to all security advisories issued by the authorities. Your safety and well-being must remain our collective priority.

Let us stand united against terror, uphold peace and humanity, and honour the memory of those whose lives were taken by violence.

While most people exploit freedom for attention, some earned it with blood.
Our soldiers stand guard in sub-zero winters, scorching deserts, and hostile terrain so that the Republic may endure. Yet, for the sake of fleeting social-media notoriety, some choose to repay that sacrifice with abuse.

The most remarkable part is not the vulgarity of the provocateurs, but the extraordinary stoicism of the Indian Army. Their discipline, restraint, and unwavering dignity in the face of such ignominy are a testament to the nobility of the uniform.

Some inherit freedom. Others die defending it.

We are pleased that the recent unfortunate incident at Indra Nagar has been amicably resolved. The individuals involved have expressed their sincere remorse and sought forgiveness, and Shri Robin Wali and Ms. Sonali Dhar have graciously chosen the path of forgiveness and reconciliation.

At a time when emotions were running high, wisdom, maturity, and dialogue prevailed. We sincerely hope and trust that the spirit of religious harmony, mutual respect, brotherhood, and human dignity will continue to guide us all. Differences may arise, but they should never be allowed to overshadow our shared values of coexistence and respect for one another.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Worthy Deputy Commissioner Sir, worthy Relief Commissioner Sir, SP Neha Jain Madam, SDPO Junaid Sir, SHO Shehnawaz Sir, and the esteemed Civil Society members of Indra Nagar for their timely intervention, balanced approach, and sincere efforts in bringing the matter to a peaceful and dignified resolution.

Let this episode serve as a reminder that understanding is stronger than anger, dialogue is more powerful than confrontation, and peace is always the best way forward.
