On the auspicious and spiritually elevating occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, I extend my most sincere felicitations to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, with special regards to the dedicated teaching fraternity and all government employees.

Eid is not merely a celebration marking the culmination of fasting—it is a profound reminder of discipline, compassion, and unwavering faith. It teaches us to rise above adversity with patience, to uphold justice with integrity, and to nurture hope even in the most testing circumstances.

At a time when employees across sectors continue to navigate multifaceted challenges—be it issues of service conditions, transparency, or professional dignity—it becomes imperative that we draw strength from the very essence of Eid. Let this occasion inspire renewed resolve, collective unity, and constructive engagement towards safeguarding our rights and enhancing our welfare.

Wishing the entire PM Package fraternity a blessed and joyous Herath Mahashivratri.

Shivratri or Heyrath as we Kashmiri Pandits lovingly call it is not merely a festival. It is a sacred spiritual and cultural bond that connects us to our roots our ancestors and our timeless heritage. It reminds us of resilience faith and continuity across generations.

On this auspicious occasion we bow to Bhagwan Shiva and Mata Parvati and pray for peace prosperity and inner strength for our families and every member of our community. May the divine blessings of Watuk Nath bring harmony stability and happiness into our homes just as they have guided generations before us.
