Today marked the continuation of our previous meaningful interaction with Respected MLA of 08 Zoom–Salghari Constituency and Advisor for Skill Development & Transport Departments, Shri Madan Century sir. The Executive Body of Hami Ek Jorethang had the privilege of meeting Sir once again at his residence, where he generously shared his valuable time, guidance, and wisdom with us.

Sir emphasized the importance of remaining united as a society and dedicating ourselves to works that genuinely uplift and benefit those in need. He encouraged us to become guardians and guiding lights for the youth who may have lost their path or feel isolated from society, reminding us that true social work lies in bringing people together and creating hope.

As individuals who are part of society, Sir enlightened us on our responsibilities toward the community and shared his vision for the betterment and development of Jorethang itself. He also introduced us to many innovative ideas and practical mechanisms that our organization can adopt to grow, sustain itself, and continue serving for years to come.

What touched us deeply was Sir’s assurance that he would always stand beside us — offering support, guidance, and wisdom whenever needed. Such encouragement gives us greater motivation and strength as we continue our journey.

Following our recent donation drive initiative, Sir also extended his support through a generous monetary contribution. We express our heartfelt gratitude for this noble gesture. This support will play a crucial role in helping us procure essential items for the donation drive and further strengthen our mission of serving those in need.

We extend our sincere thanks and deepest gratitude to Shri Madan Cintury Sir for his constant encouragement, trust, support, and inspiring words. Your guidance is not only shaping our organization but also giving us a stronger purpose and direction. We remain committed to carrying forward these lessons and working together for a more united, compassionate, and progressive Jorethang.

'Initiation'

Today, the members of Hami Ek had the privilege of gathering together and visiting the residence of MLA Sir Shri Madan Cintury, Zoom - Salghari Constituency to discuss the future vision and direction of our organization. It was truly an enlightening and inspiring interaction where he shared valuable insights on how an organization should function and the qualities that help it grow, sustain, and thrive for years to come.

He guided us with meaningful ideas on how our mission can create a deeper impact in society—such as organizing free healthcare camps in remote areas of Sikkim, collaborating with different organizations to strengthen unity and harmony, and actively engaging in rescue operations during disasters and natural calamities. His vision for Hami Ek was profound, practical, and truly eye-opening for all of us.

We are sincerely grateful for the precious time he gave us and for sharing his wisdom, encouragement, and valuable guidance. Such mentorship motivates us to work harder and continue serving society with greater purpose and dedication.

A sweet conversation with our very own , Assistant Professor of Sikkim Government Science College, who is also a resident of Jorethang. His contribution on our Donation Drive was impactful as he donated stationary items for the children.
Being an Educator, it is evident that a teacher's mind is always looking out for his/her pupil.
