A meaningful Visit to Kibo Foundation on the 22nd July 2026

We are grateful to have welcomed the Social Welfare Department, Cachar, Silchar to Kibo Foundation Alcohol & Drugs De-Addiction Centre on 22nd July 2026.

The visit was a valuable opportunity to share our work, efforts, and commitment towards the rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals affected by alcohol and drug dependence.
We sincerely appreciate the time, encouragement, and support extended by the visiting officials. Such visits motivate us to continue working with greater dedication towards building a healthier, drug-free and responsible society.

"2nd FREE HIV SCREENING & AWARENESS CAMP 8th August 2026"

Kibo Foundation Alcohol & Drugs De-Addiction Centre, in collaboration with Pakowa Gramin Vikash Sanstha T.I Project, Silchar, and with the support of the Assam State AIDS Control Society ASACS, Guwahati-22, successfully hosted a Free HIV Screening Camp on 8th August 2026 at Kunga Basti, Pailapool, Assam.
The camp focused on promoting HIV awareness, prevention, early testing and responsible health-seeking behaviour within the community. The services included free HIV testing, pre- and post-test counselling, HIV prevention awareness and referral services, where required.
Kibo Foundation sincerely appreciates the support and collaboration of ASACS, Pakowa Gramin Vikash Sanstha, the counselling and testing team, volunteers, and all participants who contributed to making this community health initiative a success.
Through continued awareness, education and community participation, we can work together towards a healthier, safer and HIV-free community.
