**Day 7: Every Smile Reminds Us Why We Must Continue ❤️🌊**
Today marks **Day 7** of our flood relief mission across the flood-affected areas of **Sivasagar, Charaideo, and Jorhat**.
Over the past week, we have travelled through flooded villages, crossed submerged roads by boat, and met countless families who have endured unimaginable hardship. Every day has been a reminder that in times of crisis, humanity is our greatest strength.
Today, with the support of generous donors and volunteers, we distributed:
👕 New clothes for families who lost everything
🍼 Baby food for infants and young children
🍚 Essential food items for affected households
Seeing the smiles on the faces of children as they received new clothes, and the relief in the eyes of parents when they received baby food, reminded us that even the smallest act of kindness can restore hope.
But our mission is far from over.
Many families are still living in relief camps or stranded in waterlogged villages. They continue to need medicines, mosquito nets, hygiene supplies, utensils, clean drinking water, and fodder for their livestock. As the floodwaters slowly recede, the challenges of disease, sanitation, and rebuilding their lives are only beginning.
We sincerely thank every individual, organisation, and volunteer who has trusted us and contributed to this mission. Your support has reached people who were waiting for help in some of the most remote and inaccessible areas.
If you would like to be a part of this humanitarian effort, you can donate relief materials, contribute financially, or join us on the ground.
