Financials & AGM Agendas for FY 2025–26 Approved by District Registrar

The Financials and AGM agendas approved by General Body during our Annual General Meeting on June 28, 2026, have been successfully processed. As required by our compliance process, these documents were submitted to the portal of the Honourable District Registrar and have now been formally reviewed and approved by the competent authority.

Completing this process ensures our Association remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements.

जल ही जीवन है! जिम्मेदार सोसाइटी , राइजिंग होम्स सेक्टर -92, गुरुग्राम

आज मात्र आधे घंटे में लगभग 40+ मिमी वर्षा हुई। इस दौरान हमारी टीम ने सोसाइटी के सभी संभावित वॉटर लॉगिंग पॉइंट्स तथा रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम की लगातार निगरानी की, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि एक जिम्मेदार आर.डब्ल्यू.ए होने के कारण पिछले एक वर्ष में रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम एवं जल निकासी (ड्रेनेज) व्यवस्था में किए गए सुधार और संशोधन कितने प्रभावी सिद्ध हुए हैं।

▶️आप सभी को अत्यंत हर्ष के साथ सूचित किया जाता है कि इस वर्षा का लगभग संपूर्ण पानी रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम के माध्यम से भूमिगत जल (Ground Water) के रिचार्ज में सफलतापूर्वक उपयोग किया गया।

यह केवल एक तकनीकी उपलब्धि नहीं, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए आप सभी की ओर से जल संरक्षण का एक अमूल्य और जीवंत उपहार है।

साझा की जा रही सभी तस्वीरें बारिश समाप्त होने के लगभग आधे घंटे बाद की हैं। आप स्वयं देख सकते हैं कि सोसाइटी में कहीं भी जलभराव (Water Logging) की स्थिति नहीं बनी और किसी भी निवासी को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा का सामना नहीं करना पड़ा।

इस व्यवस्था से अनेक महत्वपूर्ण लाभ हुए—
• वर्षा जल का अधिकतम संरक्षण एवं भूजल रिचार्ज हुआ। (ground water recharge)
• स्टाफ का समय और संसाधन बचे।
• पानी निकालने के लिए पम्पों के संचालन पर होने वाला खर्च कम हुआ।
• पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जल संतुलन को बढ़ावा मिला।

“मेरा पेड़, मेरी सोसाइटी, मेरी जिम्मेदारी”

पेड़ लगाना जितना महत्वपूर्ण है, उससे ज़्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है उस पेड़ की देखभाल कर उसे बड़ा करना, इसीलिए हमने इस मुहिम में ज़िम्मेदारी को अहम बनाया है। इस मुहिम में हम सभी मिलकर 200+ बड़े पेड़ लगायेंगे और उनका संरक्षण भी करेंगे।

_Shankala Foundation Organisation Visits to Study Our Sustainable Practices_

Shankala Foundation Organisation associated with the Embassy of Denmark visited us to study our sustainability initiatives & Models

The visiting team, including Dr SS Rawat
Superintending Engineer (Retd),Irrigation Department Govt. Of Haryana), inspected & appreciated our efforts in:

• Rainwater harvesting
• STP operation and water recycling (Quality of Water)
• Overhead sprinkling system (to control Pollution & Heating Island effect)
• Artificial pond for water conservation
• Solid waste management and segregation at Source
• Idea of Nature’s Park incorporated the different bird species with in the society

We presented these initiatives and guided the visitors through the site.

The team praised our practical and scalable model and discussed possibilities of collaborating to promote similar sustainable practices in other Organisations, Institutions & residential societies.

This recognition is a proud moment for all residents and reflects our collective commitment to a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable society.

The AGM of Our Society was conducted all the agendas included the Financials of 2025-26,budget for FY 2026-27 were adopted & passed unanimously by General body
Also the agendas of (previous FY) 2025-26 budget/CAM increase was approved & passed to implement retrospectively by all the members unanimously.
