- 1,748 km highway along India-China LAC (not 1,800 km)
- ₹42,000 crore investment - India's largest single infrastructure project
- Will connect 12 border districts from Bomdila to Vijaynagar
- Runs as close as 20 km from LAC
- Target completion: March 2027
"Development cannot happen without proper road connectivity," said Rijiju, highlighting how journey times from remote areas to state capital have reduced from days to hours.
