The SDDS has implemented various development programs for small farmer, poor women, and youth and children focusing education, health, and sustainable livelihood last 8 years with the help from Resource Agencies like Caritas India, CRS, Manos Unidas, CASA, Government department, etc. It has continued its work with women and dropout youth in the area of improving their skills and empowering women through small income generation programmes, building infrastructure and enabling farmers to improve their agricultural outputs through cooperative farming. Besides this it has rendered relief and rehabilitation services by providing emergency support to victims of manmade and natural calamities such as flood, landslide, fire, etc. and other development welfare programmes for uplifting the poor and marginalized people in the region.
