๐Ÿš€ Empowering Youth with Future Skills!

Under its Skill Development Initiative, Padmini Foundation successfully facilitated a Drone Operations Training Program for selected candidates.

โœˆ๏ธ The candidates completed an intensive 5-day training program in Mumbai, where they were trained on how to operate drones, safety protocols, and practical applications of drone technology.

This initiative was conducted by Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation, Goa, under DGCA authorised Remote Pilot Training Organisations the aimed at enhancing employability and promoting new-age skills among youth.

We are proud to contribute towards building a skilled and future-ready workforce.

๐Ÿ“šโœจ Empowering Young Minds for a Brighter Future โœจ๐Ÿ“š

Padmini Foundation successfully conducted Career Counselling Sessions for SSC (X Std) students across schools in the Sankhali constituency โ€” guiding them towards informed academic and career choices.

The final chapter of this initiative โ€” Career File Distribution โ€” was held on 12 February 2026 at Municipality Hall Sankhali, with the participation of 250+ students.

We were honoured by the distinguished presence of Sulakshana P. Sawant, President of Padmini Foundation, along with Career Counsellor Anand Kanekar, school teachers, parents, and the dedicated Padmini Foundation team.

Career files were distributed to students of:

Udaan 2.0
A journey that turned dreams into direction.
Udaan 2.0, a flagship initiative by Padmini Foundation, successfully concluded its career guidance and counselling programme for X Std students with the final milestone โ€” Career Guidance Report Distribution.

The programme was held on 3rd February 2026 at Navelim, and was honoured by the presence of Mrs. Sulakshana Sawant, President, Padmini Foundation, who graciously distributed personalised career guidance files to every student, marking an important step in their career journey.

Mahalaxmi High School, Kudnem

Government High School, Navelim

The event featured an insightful guidance and mentoring session by Mrs. Sulakshana Sawant, who addressed students on the importance of choosing the right career path based on their interests, abilities, and aptitude. She also shared practical strategies on effective exam preparation, goal setting, and building self-confidence to face future academic challenges.

Earlier, Padmini Foundation had conducted comprehensive career counselling sessions across schools in Sankhali, which included scientific aptitude tests and personalised one-to-one counselling. Based on these assessments, detailed individual career guidance reports were prepared and formally distributed to students during the programme.

The event witnessed the participation of over 250 students, along with their parents, respected headmasters, and teachers, making it a truly meaningful and impactful initiative towards informed career decision-making.

Because the right guidance at the right time can change a life.
