ndividual and community by enabling and providing them skills and competencies for just and equitable society thus promoting positive human values and human dignity. OBJECTIVE: Creation of sustainable people’s organization, by way of identifying active and motivated community leaders inspired with social concern and commitment , training and equipping them with knowledge and skills through capacity building programmes for the lead and interface role. (a) To do the situational analysis of the society irrespective of caste, creed and culture. (b) To develop net working with various facilities and programs of the State and Central government sponsored welfare and development programs through dissemination of information and organization of eligible beneficiaries and target groups. (c) To motivate rural and urban population to avail educational facilities provided by the government and to make efforts for effective functioning of formal schools and educational institutions. (d) To motivate and involve youth to identify and facilitate eradication of social injustice and evils like dowry system, atrocities on women, bonded labor, low wage, alcoholism etc. . (e) To undertake formal as well as non-formal education programs for both children and adults through rural education programs in the villages wherever need is felt. (g) To train and equip rural and urban youth with skill-development programs to take up different self-employment ventures or find gainful employment in different sectors to ensure their occupation and livelihood. (h) To form Women Self-help Groups (SHGs) in rural and urban areas and promote social harmony, peace co-operation, good will and self-help among rural and urban women. (i) To conduct motivational trainings, seminars and workshops on different matters and issues SHGs and Ward Members.
