One very sad news for all of us.
Our Current Club President 2025-26, Rtn Dipak Chakraborty, has passed away due to a severe heart attack 20-05-2026
We are deeply shocked and saddened by this sudden loss. His dedication, leadership, and warm personality will always be remembered by all club members.
Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A proud and memorable day for RC Calcutta South Suburban as we successfully hosted the AG Visit in the gracious presence of Rtn. Rupankar Sengupta and our esteemed club members.
The meeting reflected our unity, commitment, and dedication towards Rotary’s values and service goals. Insightful discussions, shared visions, and collective enthusiasm made the occasion truly meaningful.
Heartfelt thanks to all members for their active participation and support in making this event a grand success. Together, we continue to serve and grow stronger.

Yesterday, RC Calcutta South Suburban organised a meaningful Thalassaemia Awareness Programme at Behala High School. The session was graced by the presence of our District Governor, school officials and dedicated club members.

The initiative aimed to educate students and parents about early detection, prevention and the importance of regular health check-ups. A sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to making this programme impactful and informative. Together, we move one step closer towards building a healthier future for our community.

Late Post
On 25th August 2025, RC Calcutta South Suburban Club organized a Thalassemia Awareness Camp at Behala Shyamasundari Vidyapith School.
The program was graced by the presence of DG Ramendu Homchaudhuri.

Around 80 students, 9 teachers, and all club members actively participated, making the event meaningful and impactful.
