As we go on the progressive path, we need to realise at what cost we are going ahead, and if that is happening at the cost of environment, we need to look back and understand our core approach of going ahead. The pace at which the rapid industrialisation and urbanisation is taking place is not giving us enough time to see or we are turning a blind eye towards our mother – the earth. Our endeavor is to make our mother earth healthy again, through environment and natural conservation so that there is a sustainable and natural growth forever. A growing consciousness need to be built if one needs to have a better future, and this better future would happen by better nature. AB have identified genuine areas of operation in the coastal area which would make the difference. Mangrove Plantation
If we take care of the shores, they would surely take care of us, AB aims to have a massive plantation of mangroves all along the coastal belt, which would be a boon in all sense and conserve the natural habitat its inhabitants and natural resources. The symbiosis thus achieved would definitely prove a boon to future generations. Tree Park
For conserving our precious Bio -diversity in the area, AB plans to undertake in-situ projects like the “Tree parks” which would enable us to conserve and protect indigenous species of plants of ecological significance. A tree park can also be used as an important tool for imparting environmental education. Water conservation
Depleting water resources in the area is another grave problem, which need to be addressed. Due to rampart tree felling in the catchments of our rivers, tons of silt has accumulated and leading to serious problems like floods therefore we intend to undertake watershed development programmes in addition to restoration of our natural water holes
Seed Bank
Future lies within your hands, preserving and sharing knowledge to the next generation would naturally happen, but for practically translating our nature we need to preserve it physically hence AB plans to have the largest seed bank in Maharashtra. The bank would preserve maximum no of seeds of local plants. It plans to involve schools children in a very large scale
Environmental awareness among students
Nurture the child to nurture the environment,
The seeds have to be sowed at the early mind so that the children develop the natural affinity and concern towards the environment and nature
To ignite their natural instincts AB plans to conduct various programmes like study tours, workshops and nature walks that would increase their curiosity and expose them towards various facts regards the environment through different platforms
