Through sustainable jute handicraft training by JSVK, Birhor families are now creating beautiful handmade products, proudly marketed through Craft & Jute World.Kit Distribution in Daro Village (Koto Panchayat, Patratu – PVUNL Area) is a step towards tribal welfare and livelihood promotion for the PVTG Birhor community. Under this initiative, JSVK is providing sustainable handicraft training to Birhor families to support the upliftment of their lifestyle. After receiving training, the community members are now producing jute handicraft products, which are being marketed and sold through Craft and Jute World.

ग्राम विकास की दिशा में साझा पहल 🌱🤝

JSVK द्वारा गुमला ज़िला, सिसई प्रखंड के साइंडा गाँव में ग्राम प्रधान की अध्यक्षता में ग्राम सभा का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक में ग्राम प्रधान के साथ आंगनवाड़ी सेविका, सहिया, उप-मुखिया एवं ग्राम समुदाय के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक के दौरान गाँव के समग्र विकास से जुड़े विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। ग्रामीणों द्वारा सामने रखी गई समस्याओं और उनके संभावित समाधानों पर विचार-विमर्श हुआ। विशेष रूप से आजीविका एवं आय सृजन के अवसरों की पहचान, जल एवं सिंचाई सुविधाओं की आवश्यकता, तथा गाँव के सामाजिक, आर्थिक और बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास से जुड़े पहलुओं पर गहन चर्चा की गई।

इस ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से यह तय किया गया कि गाँव की वास्तविक जरूरतों के अनुरूप योजनाएँ बनाई जाएँगी, ताकि सतत आजीविका, बेहतर जल प्रबंधन और समग्र ग्रामीण विकास को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। JSVK ग्राम पंचायत एवं समुदाय के साथ मिलकर साइंडा के उज्ज्वल और आत्मनिर्भर भविष्य की दिशा में प्रतिबद्ध है। 🌾💧✨

“On the occasion of Youth Day, JSVK celebrated the true spirit of youth by serving humanity. Blankets were distributed in Kamre Village, Ratu, Ranchi among elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and marginalized community members who are often the most vulnerable during the winter season.

This initiative was a reminder that youth is not only about energy and ambition, but also about compassion, responsibility, and standing with those in need. The smiles, gratitude, and sense of comfort reflected the power of collective care. JSVK remains committed to building an inclusive society where warmth, dignity, and support reach everyone—especially those at the margins.”

In Sainda Village, Sisai Block, Gumla, JSVK Ranchi distributed 300 blankets to bamboo artisans, elderly people, and persons with disabilities to help them stay warm during winter.
The program was held with the support of Florence Devi (Mukhiya), Suman Oraon (Up-Mukhiya), and Jaiswal Oraon (Gram Pradhan).
A small effort, made with love and care—spreading warmth and hope.

Promoting Jute-Based Livelihoods & Self-Reliance
A Toolkit Distribution Programme for Jute Product Manufacturing was successfully organized at Islam Nagar, Lohardaga to support local artisans—especially women and youth—in starting and strengthening jute-based enterprises.
This initiative was implemented with the support of Mukhya Mantri Laghu Kutir Udyam Vikas Board. The toolkits will enable beneficiaries to manufacture quality jute products, enhance skills, and generate sustainable income through eco-friendly livelihoods.
Sincere thanks to all partners and community members for their active participation.
Together, we are nurturing green livelihoods and building an Atmanirbhar Jharkhand.
