It is a non-profitable, non-political and non-religious organization supported by experienced Rural Development Professionals with a commitment to improving the livelihood of rural poor communities. DOSS organization is running various projects in Jharkhand and Bihar to help Community, Women, Child Development, Health, Education, Employment, Self- Employment, and Farm Development. The team is doing their best for rural development advertising their basic concept of Securing tomorrow. MISSION:-

In Today's running era, we have come so far from our culture that we are disowning our identity. The mission of the society is to work to get back the cultural heritage. GOALS:-

The organization serves as a network of people who started dreaming, trying to fulfill their dreams, and whose dreams have been unfulfilled. Our organization provides an opportunity to help each other by combining them and giving them a chance to fulfill their dreams. For this, society is promoting a work culture in which people change their style of functioning and look forward to achieving the social concept to accompany their dreams. Is a non-profitable, non-political and non-religious organization, this organization promoted by experienced Rural Development Professionals with a commitment to improve the livelihood rural poor community of Jharkhand. Our organization is working jharkhand and enthusiasm by its self initiative. We have the vision to render our service to wider area for the benefit of the Rurul poor community. Our organization running a yojna Birsa Munda Swath Samaj Yojna in jharkhand for the help of poor community, woman, child development, health, education, employment, self employment, farm development. Our organization much working on the line of rehabilitation of disabled in the society in the different area of jharkhand our social worker’s are doing their best in the field of rural development with promotion of common concept that “ Securing tomorrow”
