Our team will be leaving for Assam on 2nd August to provide immediate flood relief to communities badly affected by the ongoing floods.
Many families have lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to basic necessities.
We will be working on the ground to distribute food, clean drinking water, medicines, hygiene kits, and other essential supplies to those in urgent need.

National Doctors' Day Tribute

Behind every healthy community is a dedicated team of medical professionals who work tirelessly, day and night, to heal, comfort, and save lives.
Today, on National Doctors’ Day, Raiganj Prantik Welfare Society extends its heartfelt gratitude and deepest respect to all the doctors in Raiganj and across the nation.

We specially remember and pay homage to the legendary Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy — the visionary physician, freedom fighter, and architect of modern West Bengal, whose birth anniversary (1st July) is celebrated as National Doctors’ Day in India.

A doctor par excellence and a nation-builder, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy exemplified the highest ideals of the medical profession — compassion, dedication, and selfless service. His life continues to inspire generations of doctors who follow in his footsteps, treating patients with the same spirit of excellence and humanity.
On this auspicious day, let us honor not just the memory of Dr. B.C. Roy, but every doctor who carries forward his legacy — the ones working in busy OPDs, emergency wards, rural health centers, and operation theatres, often putting their own well-being aside for the sake of others.

Raiganj Prantik Welfare Society, in collaboration with Logotherapy Foundation, conducted an Integrated Orientation on Student Mental Health at Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Raiganj.
The insightful session was led by the Consulting Psychologist Miss Sagnika Dutta from Logotherapy Foundation and Behavioral Skill Trainer Mr. Shyamal Das .
In today’s competitive world, mental health is crucial for students. It helps reduce stress, improve focus, build emotional resilience, and enhance overall wellbeing and academic performance.
We at Raiganj Prantik Welfare Society are committed to creating real impact by raising awareness and supporting the mental wellbeing of our youth.

It was a proud and memorable occasion where we witnessed the rich cultural heritage and progressive spirit of our state being celebrated with great enthusiasm.
The event beautifully showcased Bengal’s pride, unity, and the bright future of our skilled youth.We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Principal and entire team of ITI Raiganj for the warm invitation and excellent hospitality.

On this special World Environment Day, the members of Raiganj Prantik Welfare Society came together with hearts full of hope and hands ready to serve Mother Earth. In collaboration with the Raiganj Forest Division, we planted native saplings, taking a small but meaningful step towards a greener tomorrow.
The programme was beautifully graced by the presence of respected SDO Sir and dedicated officials from the Forest Department. Their encouragement and active participation added immense value and inspiration to the entire initiative.
Planting a tree is more than just an act — it is a promise. A promise to future generations that we cared enough to act. It is our humble contribution to cleaner air, richer biodiversity, and a healthier planet.
