🌸 **Celebrating Community, Culture & Change** 🌸

It was a proud and inspiring moment to witness a wonderful **community-led programme at CDA Sector 12, Tilka Nagar**, organized by **Nafisha, Founding Member of New Vision Foundation and State Member, WICCI Odisha Human Rights State Council**.

The programme beautifully celebrated the community’s **art, culture, traditional dance forms, creativity and talents**, along with engaging activities and competitions that brought everyone together with joy and enthusiasm. 💃🎨🎭✨

As a **youth-led organization**, New Vision Foundation continues to work at the grassroots level through community-led initiatives, with a special focus on **menstrual health and hygiene awareness, sanitary napkin distribution, youth engagement and social awareness**.

Nafisha, through her involvement with both **New Vision Foundation and WICCI Odisha Human Rights State Council**, continues to contribute towards building awareness, encouraging youth participation and creating platforms for meaningful community engagement.

Such initiatives remind us that **meaningful change begins when communities come together, celebrate their identity and create opportunities for everyone to participate and grow.** ❤️

**Raksha Bandhan is more than a festival of tying a rakhi—it is a reminder of our shared responsibility to care for, respect and stand up for one another.** At **WICCI OHRC**, we believe that protection should never be limited to relationships within a family; it should extend to our entire community. A truly safe society is one where women, children, senior citizens and every individual can live with dignity, freedom and confidence.

This Rakhi, let us transform the sacred thread of protection into a **collective commitment for safety, respect and human rights**. Let us promise to speak up when someone is vulnerable, stand against violence, discrimination, harassment and abuse, promote kindness and inclusivity, and create an environment where everyone feels heard, valued and protected.
