Adolescent Innovative brains-

Recently during the windup program of Youth Climate Leadership Curriculum, our little adolescent girls of Penthakota, Puri offered handmade flower bouquets to the esteemed guests present in the dice as a token of respect. All the guests felt so happy seeing this innovation as it was made of only paper and designed for the purpose of an eco friendly society. One of the guests asked the girls about the price and if they can make the same bouquets again to honor the newly deployed Commissioner of Puri Municipal Corporation. Mrs. Monalisha Padhi from Bindi International discussed with her colleagues for a proposal of its marketing and selling. All other guests have also discussed and approached for the same.

So, dear climate leaders if any of you want to promote this product and for further assistance lets get connected and make an eco friendly society together.

Building Stronger Support Systems for Adolescent Girls

Azim Premji Foundation successfully organized a 3-day training program for staff members to strengthen their understanding and clarity on key aspects of working with adolescent girls. The training created a valuable space for learning, reflection, and strengthening the capacity of staff to engage more effectively with adolescent girls and support their growth, leadership, and well-being.
Such initiatives help build informed, sensitive, and confident teams who can contribute meaningfully to creating safer and more empowering spaces for girls.

Where grassroots lead, change follows.

On 17–18 March 2026 in New Delhi, leaders from 32 organizations across 12 States and UTs came together for the Cohort 10 Partner Workshop under the Rebuild India Fund. This marked the beginning of a meaningful 5-year journey rooted in trust, collaboration, and long-term institutional strengthening.
The workshop created a shared space for reflection, learning, and dialogue around what it takes to build stronger, more resilient organizations. Through sessions on capacity building, organizational reflection, elevator pitching, fundraising communication, compliance, and leadership, participants explored how to move beyond day-to-day implementation and invest in long-term sustainability.

What stood out most was the collective spirit of the cohort—organizations working across education, livelihoods, gender, health, human rights, justice, and climate action, yet united by a shared commitment to strengthening communities and creating lasting impact.
This workshop was not just a convening; it was the beginning of a stronger ecosystem where grassroots organizations are recognized, supported, and trusted to lead change in their own contexts.
