आदिवासी भागाच्या विकासासाठी जलसंवर्धनाचा महत्त्वपूर्ण उपक्रम! 💧🌿

सेवा सहयोग फौंडेशन यांच्या ग्रामोदय कार्यक्रमांतर्गत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या “Nurturing Sustainable Tribal Livelihoods” या प्रकल्पाअंतर्गत धुळे जिल्ह्यातील साक्री तालुक्यातील बारीपाडा ग्राम समूहातील मोहगाव व चावडीपाडा येथे पाझर तलाव खोलीकरणाच्या कामास उत्साहात सुरुवात करण्यात आली आहे.

आदिवासी भागातील पाणीटंचाई दूर करून जलसंधारण, शेती विकास आणि शाश्वत उपजीविका निर्माण करण्याच्या उद्देशाने हा उपक्रम राबविण्यात येत आहे. तलाव खोलीकरणामुळे पावसाचे पाणी अधिक प्रमाणात साठवले जाणार असून भूजल पातळी वाढण्यास मोठी मदत होणार आहे. याचा थेट फायदा स्थानिक शेतकरी, ग्रामस्थ आणि पशुपालकांना होणार आहे. 🌱🚜

या कामामुळे परिसरातील विहिरी, आणि इतर जलस्रोतांची पाण्याची पातळी सुधारण्याची अपेक्षा असून, शेतीसाठी आवश्यक पाणी उपलब्ध झाल्याने उत्पादनक्षमतेत वाढ होणार आहे. तसेच तलावातील सुपीक गाळ शेतकरी बांधव स्व खर्चाने आपल्या शेतात टाकून घेत आहेत. भविष्यातील दुष्काळजन्य परिस्थितीवर मात करण्यासाठी हा उपक्रम महत्त्वाचा ठरणार आहे.

प्रकल्पामध्ये स्थानिक ग्रामस्थांचा सक्रिय सहभाग घेतला जात असून, जलसंवर्धनाबाबत जनजागृती देखील करण्यात येत आहे. नैसर्गिक साधनसंपत्तीचे संवर्धन आणि शाश्वत वापर यावर भर देत आदिवासी समाजाच्या सामाजिक व आर्थिक उन्नतीसाठी सेवा सहयोग फौंडेशन सातत्याने कार्यरत आहे.

“पाणी अडवा – पाणी जिरवा” या संकल्पनेला बळ देणारा हा उपक्रम ग्रामीण विकासासाठी प्रेरणादायी ठरत असून, परिसरातील नागरिकांनी या कामाचे स्वागत केले आहे. भविष्यातही अशा प्रकारचे जलसंधारण व ग्रामविकास प्रकल्प राबविण्याची अपेक्षा ग्रामस्थांनी व्यक्त केली आहे.

A School Kit Can Change a Child’s Future

Even today, many students in rural Maharashtra attend school without a proper school bag or basic learning materials—carrying their books in plastic or cloth bags.
Through Seva Sahayog Foundation’s School Kit Project (since 2008), we have supported 8,28,738 students so far. This year, the need is even bigger—1,00,000+ school kits.

Each kit (₹650) includes essential learning materials, helping a child start the academic year with dignity and confidence. Your small contribution can remove a big barrier in a child’s education journey.

In 22 schools across Palghar and Thane districts, the “Kitchen Gardening” initiative is being implemented by the Knowledge On Wheels team of Seva Sahayog, with the support of Aditya Birla Capital Foundation. This exciting activity has helped.....
