Solve for why
In this fast-paced, uncertain world, everyone is striving for success, may it be an individual, organisation or institution. But why is it that some are able to attain that success time and again, while for others, it lasts like 15 minutes of fame? The reason is, while chasing what's lucrative, the founding purpose is often forgotten. Deviating from the core values can have lasting impact which can be clearly illustrated through the example of Apple's Newton. While Apple went after Newton, which then seemed a lucrative idea, they gave up on their core philosophy of technology and seamlessly design. And it turned out to be a massive failure along with many other products. But to get Apple back on track, the only thing needed was to get back to the founding principles, which is what Steve Jobs did when he came back. Hence, the question "why?" offers clarity in everything that is said and done to obtain goals. Hence, we need to solve for why in everything that we do and the path forward becomes incredibly clear
