As the name itself is self explanatory that CONCLAVERS are the event coordinators and also event organisers. A team comprising of personnel specialising in various Disciplines or Aspects of an event. This is just gist of Conclavers. We have personnel who have worked for multiple major international and national level events from the sketching of the nature of the event to its on day management. It
s birth was on january 27th 2014 by Mr. Sarang Gutte Patil who is the founder and the head of Conclavers and who has vast exposure to many of the Major events Happening in the city. He has also lead his team since 2010. He has also organised and coordinated many institutional events on a vast scale. Conclavers holding specialisation in Guest protocol for various eminent personalities of the nation as well as abroad and later expanded their operations to Stage & Sound Management, Seating Management, Security and Discipline Management and recently successfully lead many Marketing and Promotional Activities for various particulars along with designing a theme and strategy. The demonstrations and the coordinations have been successful along with increasing efficiency in their Management. The team is always willing to work with complete dedication irrespective of the time, number of people at the event. Our team is always willing to face various challenges that rise up during events and successfully find relative solutions. We have operated events on a scale of 100 people to 10000 people at the events. We strongly believe in the 4 disciplines as follows:

Which are strictly observed at every event by Conclavers. Every Event has a specific Dress code along with blazers and badges will distinguishes us from the various other Committees operating just in case. There are also some other principles which are not to be mentioned but prevail is the respect for the seniors and our Guiding teachers without which we couldn't achieve what we are today. Appreciation for outstanding work and Action for misconduct are also very much followed to maintain the decorum. Suggestions and advices are welcome from each member irrespective of his experience.
