Reflecting on an incredible and productive session! 🚀

On July 19th, the ACM-W India Council gathered in person at the Computer Science Department, IIT Madras, for over 4 hours of deep, strategic discussions.

We took a comprehensive look back at our past cycle—celebrating major milestones, evaluating challenges, and mapping out an ambitious one-year roadmap to further empower and elevate women in computing research and leadership. 💡

A massive shoutout to all our dedicated teams—from the Chapter, Communication, and Celebration committees to the powerhouse groups behind the Grad Cohort, Lady Ada Programming Contest, and Nariyukti Hackathon. 👩‍💻✨

And of course, no trip to IIT Madras is complete without enjoying the vibrant, animal-friendly campus surrounded by nature! 🦌🌳
