'Help4Homeland' - Humanitarian Diplomacy Activism
'Help4Homeland' is a program or project model of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement, and mission theme of our DCBC Ambassadors & Help4Homeland Activists that are member delegates of our Diplomatic Corps of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (DCBC). All DCBC Delegation carry out the 'Help4Homeland' mission theme and its object
ives. Accredited DCBC Ambassador Attaches focus on the 'Help4Homeland' mission theme and its objectives to manage the diplomatic relations and negotiations between FBC national (or State) Blue Cross Society or FBC national (or State) Blue Crescent Society delegations, and also to focus on maximising support for our operations such as building the network of envoys and FBC delegation partnerships necessary so our humanitarian objectives can be effectively and efficiently achieved. Accredited DCBC Ambassador Envoys focus on the 'Help4Homeland' mission theme and its objectives to provide outreach support to their homeland countries in another country (or State) where they have migrated too. DCBC Ambassador Envoys head missions within DCBC Diasporic Chapter communities of migrants who left their ancestral homeland to study or work and settled in a new country, however, like to maintain a close connection with the homeland and travel back to visit relatives and friends. A DCBC Delegation of Diaspora Chapters are a Foreign Affairs Office of an FBC Society in countries such as UK, USA, Australia etc and organise and carry out outreach activity and support for the FBC Society Delegation of their homeland.
