The IUBC - Faculty of Humanitarian Diplomacy (FHD) is part of the International University of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (University for Humanity).

The UBC - Faculty of Humanitarian Diplomacy (FHD) is part of the University of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (University for Humanity). Members or volunteering staff of the Faculty of Humanitarian Diplomacy hold Membership, Fellowship or Professorship of the FHD faculty association and are active members of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement, within the Diplomatic Corps of Blue Cr

oss Blue Crescent (DCBC). FHD members are fully accredited DCBC Ambassadors and heads of mission (ambassadors that are envoys) who represent their countries in another state or country. FHD members will be actively serving as delegate on the CBC - Global Assembly for Humanitarian Diplomacy; a sub-committee of the Committee of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent, to develop and organise our programs and mission theme of 'Help4Homeland' that can be implemented on the ground within the FBC National Societies chapters or delegations of the Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (FBC) with support of the national or State Committees of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent within the Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Organisations (FBCO). Many DCBC Ambassadors are considered MEMBERS (MFHD) and granted the rights and privileges of the Diplomatic Corps, though, full accreditation (FELLOWSHIP) is only available at the current time for those appointed to the Help4Homeland projects and raising funds via for example the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Society (Foreign Office).

FHD members are accredited humanitarian diplomats within the Diplomatic Corps of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (DCBC). They hold:
✅ Membership (MFHD) – General Members of the Faculty
✅ Fellowship (FFHD) – Fully Accredited DCBC Ambassadors
✅ Professorship (PFHD) – Senior Faculty Members

🔹 Delegates to the ICBC Global Assembly for Humanitarian Diplomacy – Developing policies & mission themes
🔹 Leaders of 'Help4Homeland' Programs – Implementing humanitarian diplomacy initiatives
