The expert delegates, from the UBC Faculty of Animal Welfare, Protection & Rescue, on the Global Assembly for Animal Welfare, Protection & Rescue are all animal welfare activists, campaigning againsts heartless acts of animal cruelty, and contribute to the 'Hearts4Heartless'' mission theme to formulate programs that can be implemented to all our FBC national Blue Cross and Blue Crescent society delegations chapters, to assisting in provision of animal welfare, protection and rescue programs and campaigns.
