The Faculty of Ecology, Sustainability & Permaculture Educators (FESPE) is a faculty association of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement, with branches of the faculty in every country where national Blue Cross Societies or Blue Crescent Societies operate. FESPE members are all ecology, sustainability & permaculture educators of our 'HHOPPers' Helping Hands On Permaculture Projects progr

ams. Faculty educators are involved in HHOPPing from one project to another living of the produce of the project and sharing their permaculture knowledge to other HHOPPers giving a helping hand on the permaculture project. Everyone, HHOPPing off in different directions to the next permaculture project of a different province or country. The FESPE and its principle organisation BC is committed to aligning our operations and strategies with all ten universally accepted principles of the UN Global Compact and FESPE is committed to using the principles that relate to the environment to guide our activities towards achieving a sustainable future for all life. FESPE's functional objectives specifically aims to support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; respect the environment and campaign to promote greater environmental responsibility; and to encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
